"The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in locating the best room for our preferences. In addition to the bedroom furniture, it seems that the hotel common areas and grounds have been recently remodeled. However the bathrooms, windows, and doors are in desperate need of an upgrade. The hotel is very close to the airport so it can be convenient but when the planes went overhead it was very loud, and the walls are so thin we could hear the people in the next room conversing. We were worried about the small window air conditioner not working well, but it cooled off nicely. "

We stayed here bc hotels.com didn’t actually make my reservation when I did so we found out on the flight from Seattle to Kona that we didn’t have a place to stay. 2 stars for hotels.com bc the customer service was helpful (this time) but this is the second time this has happened.
