"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. "Spa felt a little out dated and felt like a swimming pool. Not a spa retreat, if I paid for a spa retreat I would have been unhappy. Stream room very basic… as an example. Parking not enough space must have been an event on. Staff very friendly food was amazing golf course very good but slow on kernow course and effected game"
