"Family from Oregon and Kentucky came together for a week’s tour of northern New England. This location was the highlight of the trip. The house was roomy, cozy, and had wonderful views/access to the water. Our group spent a peaceful 3 nights here and wished we could have stayed longer."

"This is a beautiful house in a idylic location. Our three couples had a comfortable, enjoyable stay - stunning sunsets, water access and nearby bike trails. We are giving five stars because of the property. We should take off points for the manager, but were so impressed with both the home and the location, it would not be fair the owners to present anything less than five stars. "We had such a great little getaway here! The hosts were very present & so kind! We loved watching the birds with Chad & feeding the chickens and goats with him. It was also so nice to see how much care Jessica put into her home & gardens! The apartment was clean, cozy, and a beautiful place to rest after long days of exploring the gorgeous trails in the area! I would definitely book with Jessica again!"

"Our second stay at Baxter's Hideaway was just as wonderful as the first. Albert is very responsive. The property very clean and well-equipped. The proximity to the bike trail is great. With beautiful weather we meandered along Church Street Marketplace in Burlington each night (highly recommend!). If you want to eat dinner in Burlington we recommend making reservations well in advance. We will definitely return again next fall!"
