Staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was a decent, toast, coffe, juices options. I would not have felt comfortable eating anything cooked there. Room was... Well. It wasn't clean. Walls had what looked like food or idk, I don't wanna think about it. Splatters of stuff everywhere. Carpet was very stained, bathroom floors were sticky. Shower stall was thick with soap scum. Moldy ceilings. Bedding seemed clean, still used my own. Pillows were gross, I used my own. For $100 it was a safe and quiet place to sleep, but I definitely showered in the morning and went to laundromat to wash everything right away.... You get what you pay for.

We were only staying one night to catch an early flight in Plattsburgh. It’s old and cheap to stay, but the room was clean. Beds and everything is old like it’s been there since it opened. I would say that you get what you pay for.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The room was clean, quite large (I was pleasantly surprised) and it was very quiet. The front desk staff could have been a little more enthusiastic. The price was also a big win. The exterior of the hotel could use a facelift but I would stay here again.

It's cheap and convenient. Is it clean?....meh... There's full residency there of very low income individuals and sketchy individuals. Office staff kicked people out that were on the no stay list. Would i make sure the cars locked and all items out of view, absolutely. Room was clean, but outdated. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would i stay here with my family, probably not.

Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. We were traveling and decided to stop for the night. We asked for a non-smoking room, but we didn't get one. The room smelled of mold and cigarette smoke. There were no pillows on the bed, only cushions, and the sheets didn't smell good either. There were 4 of us and there were only towels and bed linen for 2 people. The breakfast was very basic. The room was very old and we saw spider webs and a lot of dust in the hallway. I must admit that I was very disappointed with the stay.

Quick stay

Just a stop over before heading up north. Good location, right off exit. Couch in the room was heavily stained, bed was fairly comfortable. Hot shower, but small and cheap towels. Had free breakfast with bagels, toast, wafflemaker, cereal, coffee and tea. Pool was super clean
