We've stayed in The Omni Amelia Resort area for several summers. This property was ideal! Close to beach and we love being on the golf course. The property manager, Alexis and her team, were amazing! They had everything ready when we arrived. We were not able to stop by the grocery store beforehand (traveling with a 1 year old) and when I opened the refrigerator and saw 3 ice cold bottled waters, I was very happy!! Many times, its the small details and extra efforts that make all the difference. We also requested a few extra towels which were provided in a timely fashion. The villa was beautifully decorated, clean and provided all the essentials including body wash in the bathrooms, plenty of kitchen dish soap and dish washing tablets along with coffee pods. It was well equipped--we used the wonderful wagon to go back and forth to the beach. On a final note, we accidentally left behind the baby monitor. I texted Alexis and she located the monitor, sent me a photo to confirm and placed it in the mail to my address. What an extra effort to provide exceptional service. All in all, we will be back! Looking forward to making more memories in 2026! Thanks again for a wonderful family vacation!
