Family Vacation

Suited our needs. Pool was great. Pics made everything bigger but was still great size. Small bbq grill provided that no one wanted to use. Needs large gas grill. Basic essentials provided. Not too far from beach. Decent neighborhood. Pool man made unannounced visit. Luckily, no one was in a state of undress. We all had a great time.

Nice vacation rental

Nice house for our family of 5, exactly as described. The one-floor layout was even a good match for my son's wheelchair, even though the listing didn't mention anything about accessibility! (For anyone else in a wheelchair, this is one small step up the front door). Only complaint was that the bedding was pretty sparse.

SWEET STAY SO FAR

From the moment we pulled up and walked in the home it was spectacular. We absolutely love this property and kept extending our stay because of medical reasons for my father. I would absolutely stay here again and again. It is in a prime location, and I love that it is in a GREAT neighborhood.

Weekend Getaway

We came in from Savannah, GA for a weekend getaway in celebration of our 23rd anniversary. The neighborhood was a cute and quiet neighborhood. It was a mix of construction and style which we enjoyed looking at. When we walked in the door of this house everything looked clean and smelled clean! It was nicely decorated and well accommodated. Everything was laid out nicely for us. The owner had communicated with us prior to arrival to make sure everything was ready and to let them know if we needed anything. The pool was clean and rather private which provided more solitude the times we enjoyed it. The house is in a GREAT location! It was a simple drive to the pier and beach parking, TopGolf, and other little places to visit. It was easy to get to anything. We had a wonderful weekend. We have noticed they have a lot of other nice properties in their portfolio. I would recommend that anyone interested would enjoy their stay at this house or any other! Thank you

Wow

Having been to Jacksonville a few times now to visit family we have stayed in quite a few properties around the beaches area.This property is by far the best. Excellent location, Clean own pool Clean and spacious home Obviously fantastic weather If your coming to Jax we recommend this property wholeheartedly.

Fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The house was just the right size for us, the pool was great, and we had the best location for the beach and other activities, without all the people the beach brings. We had family come most everyday without any issues with neighbors. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this and look forward to the next time.

Jacksonville Beach

We took r grandsons to Jacksonville Beach for spring break while my husband was there for work. This property was wonderful!!!! The pool was GREAT, they had plenty of pool toys, the house was lovely and very comfortable, the area was nice and very close to the beach!!! Would DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!

Business mixed with fun

Property was lovely and clean. Management reached put to make sure we were okay. Kitchen was perfect for cooking. I had my dog with me and it was a very large fenced in area for her to roam. Only problem was there were no lights out side. Thanks for the great stay!

Thanksgiving at the beach

Property pictures are accurate in person, tvs in every room and nice size kitchen. Bed in the kids room are for small kids, ours are 8 and 9 so it was the right size but would not work for 12+. Too cold to use the pool but looks like a good size for a small yard. Home is about 8 blocks to the beach so we walked everyday. The home itself is situated in a good location, close to the major highways, restaurants, mom and pop shops and close proximity to south beach park for the kids and Neptune beach town center for the adults. Neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, probably due to the holiday but it was a nice surprise to not deal with parties late at night.

Really great property!

This home is very nice….clean, spacious and in a great location off the side street. Booking was very easy, as was communication with the owner. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

My daughter & I visited my granddaughter. It was wonderful!

Everything was exactly as it said it would be! The vacation rental home was in a safe neighborhood, clean and so comfortable! The pool was great! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely go back! No need to second guess this one, it’s a 5/5 for sure!

Great house

Overall the house was very clean and well located. The pool was awesome and the kids really enjoyed it! The house was stocked with essentials- coffee, sugar, salt and some spices. The only thing I would recommend would a couple of more towels for the pool, some extra blankets and some puddle jumpers for the pool. Our family had such a nice time! Thank you!

Bachelorette Weekend

I booked this property for my sister Bachelorette and we had an amazing stay! We enjoyed being able to all sit together and watch movies in the large living room. The pool was outstanding and we wouldn't have known what to do without it!

Summer vacation 2023

Was really impressed . The house fit us just right. We had 2 adults 3 teenagers and 2 small dog. Love how quiet a neighborhood it was. Pool was awesome on those hot days. Thank you for making sure we had everything and checking on us.

Privacy and Clean

This property was very clean, stocked with all of the essential kitchen needs even seasonings for our food. The backyard was fenced and the pool was amazing and clean, heated as well so we could swim at night. Overall the house was a good fit for our trip. We enjoyed being there. Kudos to the property owners Andrew and Melody.

Great location!

Perfect location, about a mile from beach parking. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores, beach, and restaurants. The place has everything you need! Coffee, cooking supplies, towels, beach items, chairs, pool toys! We loved the pool and relaxing in the large family room and comfy sofa in the evenings. I even grilled one night! Very happy with this place! Definitely coming back and will highly recommend. Great communication with host as well!

Comfortable interior, nice pool, and fenced yard

Enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable home. Beds and bathrooms were great. We enjoyed drinking our coffee by the pool in the morning, and cooling off in the afternoons. Nice to have a fenced yard for our dog to have some freedom to run around and explore. Property manager answered any questions quickly.
