Checking in and checking out needs a little work as the manager did not send check-in instructions until after our check-in time and a reminder, the key was not in the specified location so we had to call for further instructions, the wi-fi code was not posted anywhere so we had to reach out, and there were no stay or……

Unfortunately the temperatures dropped drastically for our stay dates so we couldn’t (I guess, wouldn’t) use the outdoor shower that is quite a distance from the treehouse itself. "We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia. The hotel is quiet, elegant, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. What truly made this stay special was the thoughtfulness of the staff. Prior to arrival, I had mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday. When we checked in, we were genuinely touched to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake along with a handwritten card from the hotel team. That level of care and attention to detail is rare and deeply appreciated. Every interaction we had with the staff felt warm, professional, and sincere. This hotel is not only an excellent choice for business travel, but also perfect for families or special occasions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."
