Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ausreichend Gläser, Teller und Besteck, vorhanden, viel mehr als notwendig. Zwei Klimaanlagen eins für Wohnzimmer und die zweite für das Master Schlafzimmer.Vom Balkon aus kann man das Meer sehen. Kostenloser Stellplatz für ein Auto vorhanden, ansonsten kann auch 200 meter weg, ein öffentlicher Parkplatz oder eine überwachter...

"We had a great stay at Niceflat Jesolo. The best thing was the location, it was fantastic, we could not have asked for more. It was right on the beach with a private beach area and our own chairs, sunbed and umbrella. Our daughter loved playing there and with the toys from the apartment. There was also a kiosk nearby to buy food, drinks, ice creams etc. Between the private beach area and main beach there was a walkway which was great if you wanted to go for a stroll or run. "This apartment is fantastically spacious for family or friends visiting Lido de Jesolo. Super large terrace with view over the stand and the water. The only negative thing is that there are no air condition as it was very hot when we were there in the summer time, but we knew that because we were there 2 years ago as well. The host Jana is very welcoming and is always there to help if you need it. "

"The apartment was very clean, it has all the things that one needs, to feel like home instantly. We had the feeling that the owner was a relative or an old friend that waited for us. Giampaolo gave us a tour of the apartment, has all kind of documentation available for our visit in a binder. I warmly recommend the apartment where you are treated like a human being and not like a credit card. Thank you Giampaolo! "

"Der Strand war das einzige was suoer war. Diese Unterkunft sollte nicht mehr zu buchen sein! ACHTUNG was man hier erhält ist alles andere als schön, die Bilder sind uralt alles ist teilweise kaputt und verdreckt, die Matratzen stinken nach Pippi und haben überall flecken, die Dusche und WC sind total kaputt und veraltet dementsprechend schauen sie auch aus! Die Fußleisten lösen sich alle, diese Wohnung wurde einmal vor vielen Jahren eingerichtet und seitdem nichts mehr gemacht. Man bekommt...

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable – exactly what you want when traveling with family. Everything felt clean, fresh, and thoughtfully maintained. "Aircon did not work, room was boiling, Natasha from reception promised three times a handy man would come to fix it but did not, finally offered a different room on the FINAL night of stay but did not show to change room. The fridge did not work. The housekeeping walked in on two seperate occasions whilst I was in the room, both times changing before I went out for the day. The shower was tiny. Overall, I would not stay here again. The only positive is the young man behind reception was friendly and positive, I did not get his name."
