“This beachfront studio was a great location to stay in the Kapa'a area, with direct access to a beach and ability to watch sunrises every morning. The unit itself was clean, with the king-sized bed taking up most of the main space as well. It was also nice to have beach chairs available within the unit to use during our stay.Communication with Dave was great during our time there, with detailed check-in and check-out instructions provided. The listing is VERY accurate with what you can expect from your stay (We were cat-fished on Maui) The view from the patio is just what is posted. You can relax, fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves. All new, modern appliance's, cookware and dinnerware. The bed was comfortable and lots of closet space. “It worked great for our needs. Grocery store is across the street. Worst thing is the traffic in front of the unit. We always had good luck with people letting us in and out. Overall it was a great place and I would stay again. ”
