"Check in was great! Apple was exceptional, very helpful, courteous and professional. She helped us out with some things that needed to be taken care of before our flight out that evening! The room was clean and had a view of the ocean. Mark at the pool bar was very friendly and took good care of us! The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!"

On paper we thought the location was good, but found we had to drive too much every day. We would prefer just walking outside onto the beach. We also would prefer a lanai with chaise lounges. To experience the island, we would prefer staying a few days in the north (Hanalei or Princeville) and a few in the south (Poipu) which was our favorite. "
