Lovely property with very nice rooms. Very nice breakfasts. Super friendly staff as expected in Bali...such nice people. Short walk to beach and cafes etc. Really good option if you dont want to spend on being on the beachfront.

The hotel was in top condition, it was clean and our room was arranged in a luxurious and welcoming manner. The staffs were also very friendly and pro active in prompting us on our needs, they provided great service through showing hospitality. Ali(our chauffeur to the hotel on the first day we arrived) was a great staff, would help us with any difficulties we faced.

Nice hotel , spacious and comfortable bed. Suite with private pool. Room can fit 4-6 people. The toilet is big with bathtub and shower head.

Excellent hotel overall. We have complementary taxi for airport to hotel and hotel to airport (arrangement made in advance). Nice breakfast at the Japanese restaurant. I come with 2 adults and 2 kids (10 yr old and 3 yr old). The room is very spacious for my family.

CP value is good and room Is big
We stayed in Suites and the room is big However, facilities are quite old and shower is not strong enough Staff are nice and pleasant. The roof top swimming pool though beautiful, is not good for swimming as only has 0.95 meter depth For the swimming pool near restaurant, I have not tried and do not like to swim with people eating nearby. Breakfast is bad, not many choices, tastes not good and refill is too slow Yet, the room price is really low. If you just need to stay for a while, it is s good choice. If you want to have more comfortable choice with good swimming pool, better to find another

The staff are friendly and helpful. The taxi driver Kadek is helpful, kind and punctual. The room is very comfortable. However the stone bathtub looks old and filthy. We dare not use it!

Very bad experience with the room cleanliness. Fur on the sofa, pillow case doesn’t look clean, chocked sink, there are still soap remains on the soap table top. If you like staying in a kampung, this is a great place cause there is air conditioning.

Spacious room and very huge bed, microwave, mineral water dispensing machine, coffee make machine. The disappointing point is that , the room is full of mold smell. Very strong smell. And bathroom is a bit smelly if opened shower cap! Hotel provide free shuttle to Kuta beachwalk, jimbaran beach, duty free shop T gallery . Must book one day in advance

Very nice hotel
My room was amazing and I had very nice stay here. The staff was helpful and the hotel is located in an accessible area from which you can get to Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, the airport or Seminyak and places further north. I was here during rainy season, and it was windy at the beach so I never went to the beach club, but I imagine that is nice and it would be cool to go to some of the seafood restaurants.

Nice quiet relaxing hotel in Jimbaran Bay
The Watermark Hotel and Spa in Jimbaran Bay is a nice quiet hotel. Mainly Japanese guest means that it attracts a decent and respectful type of clientele. We had a club suite room which was both spacious and well appointed, the full size chilled water cooler and Nespresso coffee pod machine were nice touches within the room. It also gives you access to the club room level 4 Breakfast buffet was both well setout and had good selections for all, including our two children 10 and 8. Egg station meant they would cook to order whatever you were after there. The pools (2) were both clean and maintained well and we spent most of our days on the rooftop pool relaxing on the many sun beds or cabanas enjoying the weather. Views from here to Jimbaran Bay meant you could see the sun setting over the ocean. Hotel amenities included buggy on demand to Jimbaran Bay Beach and back, shuttle to Kuta at set times and back and only a 20 minute drive to Kuta in a taxi was approximately 40-50k in Rupia which is $4-5 dollars. Many good restaurants just around the hotel for Babi Guling, Beef Ribs and all your traditional meals. We ate in the hotel restaurant for both lunch and dinner and food was of the standard we expected and portions were good. Overall the Watermark Hotel and Spa Jimbaran Bay was a good hotel and as a family who is well traveled we enjoyed it. Special mentions to Donny and Yogi as two staff who were standouts amongst the many obliging and capable staff in the hotel.

Bathrooms needed a good clean by the shower area in particular. Shower hose not as functional as it was only 'rain shower head. We had to use bath hose. Hotel overall needed a revamp, was looking like it needed an uplift. Hotel food was ok, there was not that many options, more Jap inspired meals as opposed to easy quick tasty selections. Staff though friendly, didnt seem to be able to provide ideas on good tourist spots. Even when mention going to a spot, didnt seem to recommend or otherwise offer better places etc. Room service was fast for any request and staff were friendly. Beds were very comfortable, maybe pillows not so. Coffee machines in rooms was a good extra in the room.

空港から近かった為、大変便利でした。宿泊者特典でスパを安くやってもらえたのはとてもよかったです! また、スパを予約しようとした時にお目当てのスパが空いていなかったのですが、スタッフさんがオススメを教えてくれて予約してくれたり等、ホテルスタッフの対応も丁寧でした。 お部屋も広く、清潔に保たれていました。少しシャワーの強さが均一でなかったり、急に冷たくなったり等はありましたが、そこまで問題には思いませんでした。

日本人には最高です 受付で日本人の方がいます 24時間ではありませんが~安心です クタへのシャトルバス滞在中1度使用可 スパ フットのみ 無料 これらは 時間が合わず 使用してない。 朝食良いです!歩いてクドカナンビーチに行けますが夜は怖いです 周りはローカルです 朝 6時頃寺院から大音量お祈りが始まります 目覚ましがわりかな ウォーターボムから50000ルピアでブルーバードタクシー利用時

スイートのプライベートプール付きの部屋を利用しました。広くて清潔で雰囲気も良かったです。スイートは専用のラウンジがあって、コーヒーや紅茶、お菓子などが無料でした。施設の外は、観光には適していませんが、空港に近く、無料で送ってもらいました。スタッフも丁寧で感じが良かったです。

Great hotel
Great Hotel, staff was excellent as well as the services provided including fee benefit which were not expected like a free foot massage in the nice SPA. The facilities are good, we got access to the Longe with free sweets and coffees, the roof top pool is great, the main pool is ok but not as nice as it faces the hotel rooms. The room facilities are also quite good with the distinctive biggest bed i have ever seen, really huge and was also very confortable. Cleaning was good. They offer a shuttle to the beach club winch we did not use and to kuta. The location is convenient close to the airport, to the beach it takes 10 min walking but the road is not the most pleasant (small walkways) although we did this every evening to the beach restaurants without any issues. The last day we spent the day in the hotel after check out as our flight was in the evening without problems, they also offer free shuttle to the airport, definitely recommended if you want to explore the area or need something close to the airport.
