This is the hotel we usually stay in when we come to snowboard at Silver Mountain Resort. It's close and convenient and the price is always right.

Not kid friendly, no high chairs or booster seats in the breakfast area. Breakfast was okay but not great. The sausage was dry and hardly warm. The bathroom was very big but the tub/shower was less than. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Over all not the best experience.

Very nice property and new modern rooms, close to I90 and facilities. We did turn the heater off overnight because the noise was distracting, not sure if there is a quieter overnight mode. Everything else good.

Would not recommend this Hilton
There was a couple (man & woman) who worked as housekeeping at the hotel and also lived there. They smoked and reeked of smoke. They would sit right outside the door where our room was and smoke. Within 1’ of entrance. Allowing cigarette smoke to come into to the hall/hotel where we were staying. They would sit in their blue van and smoke for hours. Right by the entrance and where we parked our car. Their room where they were staying I also reeked of smoke that was right around the corner from us. You could smell it in our room. I asked them since they were employees if they could park else where. They did not. I asked them since employees if they could smoke else where than right out side the entrance to the side door. They did not. I spoke to the front desk on three occasions. They clearly were related or friends with them and nothing changed. The water pipes broke on second floor right above us & they had machines going 24/7 for 4 days to suck up and dry the water also right out side our room. I will never return to this hotel

Easy to get to. Check in process was easy. The room itself was good. It looked like the bathroom floor hadn't been mopped - it looked like there was man pee overspray on the floor in front of the toilet. Super uncomfortable beds and pillows. The curtains didn't block the light from the street lights, so the room wasn't dark.

Old School but Cozy
My sister and I were traveling back from Oregon for a funeral. We got stuck in a blizzard. The Silver Inn was like an Oasis in a desert. You can tell it's a skier's place; it looks old school outside. It was very comfortable though!

Property has been nicely updated and feels more up to date. Miss the Silver Spoon that used to be attached but I would say overall a pleasant and comfortable place to stay.

When we arrived it was dark no one at the desk. This property did not at all look like what the website was. I asked if I could see the room first and I was told no. so we left and stay at a different hotel. No females alone and a child should stay here or this part of town.

Pillows are always a downfall, that's a hotel for ya, grab and go breakfast, but..... peaceful, quiet, food amenities around ya, clean room, great service, good parking, slept well, and overall great place to sleep over.

Silver resort has done a nice job of renovating this motel. There still needs a few things to be done such as putting some wood stain on the bottoms of the doors that are a little ragged. Just some cosmetic stuff.
