“Overall, this was a great place to stay. A few of the minor advertised amenities were missing (such as laundry soap for the in-unit washing machine), but this did not really affect me. I would recommend putting a coffee maker in the unit and making sure things such as napkins, paper towels and garbage bags were stocked. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Our stay was gooe only things we noticed was that there was no teaspoon which was weird and when we asked for them we got plastic ones. We did notice the filters needed to be changed above the tv but said they took care of that although unless they're gray filters they didn't look changed to us. “ The inside of the apartment was dirty and full of dog hair. They had no way of recycling, the beds were itchy and full of dog hair. The sofa bed was nasty with dirt and dog hair. Having people above us was loud and pretty lame. Tons of earwigs and bugs. ”

“Our room was not ready by 4pm. We waited an extra 2 hours. Once we were able to get into the room we found it extremely dirty, even though we watched tge cleaners exit. They swept and mopped that was it. We found old food in and under the couch, chair and beds. They dont clean any of the bedding or sanitize anything. The countertops, tables and chairs were sticky or had dried food on them. Chairs with dried gum on them. Carpets in bedrooms are disgusting. They are extremely worn and stained....

“Lots of problems. First off got no check in information as stated. Emailed the host and asked when I would be getting details. Host email back 48 prior to check in. At that point it was less than 24 hours. Finally got check in info, and the unit was on the second floor. I asked and they said yes to a first floor unit. Reached out and they said sorry no first floor units available. I have elderly parents that have COPD and I really didn’t want them walking up and down the stairs in the altitude....
