“This is a well maintained, up to date and comfortable home that served as a great homebase as we explored the Loveland and Ft Collins area. We were a bit surprised at the age and condition of some of the other properties in the immediate neighborhood, and the parking really is limited to one vehicle, but neither issue negatively impacted our trip. We would stay here again, thank you for providing such a comfortable home.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and the hot tub was a treat! Even though the space is attached to a main home, it’s separate and private. Host also let us have my daughter and her pup over to play in the large yard. Would 100% stay here again.”

“Place is beautiful, spacious, with very comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is well stocked with small and large appliances, large variety of spices, Kuerig coffee and regular coffee pot, plenty of pots, pans, and baking dishes. Very clean, plenty of closet space, large bathrooms, top of the line washer and dryer. We were delighted we found the place and plan to return!”

“My husband & I really enjoyed our stay while in Loveland. The location was ideal for walking to downtown and close to everything. Very well equipped with all the essentials. Great water pressure in the shower & a very comfortable bed. We even enjoyed playing a couple hours of dominoes! Will check in again when we are back in the area!”
