“Great house and very comfortable”

“The cabin was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was modern, making meal prep a breeze. The outside decking and surrounding property was very private. We enjoyed evenings by outdoor firepit that included an ample supply of dry, seasoned wood.Our days were spent riding our ebikes on the C&O and GAP trails. Both are very close by. “We had a great time at the Cozy Tiny House! The house is so cute and relaxing. Very clean and well stocked. We appreciated the bottled water and coffee supplies. We loved the hot tub, but did need to add some water. We got sprayed by the jets because of the initial water level but we thought it was funny. We loved the town of Meyersdale. “We had a wonderful stay at this Cozy Cabin in Black Bear Resort. The location was fantastic. We loved the woodsy atmosphere, peace and quiet and ability to walk around the grounds. Being so close to Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley parks was ideal. The cabin is very clean, the kitchen is perfect and the bed is comfy. We were happy campers. Thank you for a great visit.”

“Very remote location- having a 4WD was helpful. Place was clean- no spiders or webs. The rental company was easy to communicate with. Would have been nice to have a space heater as the available heating is insufficient. Mattresses are a hard foam (some people may prefer this, but I was up all night). Much of the place has been renovated, but more is necessary. My adult daughter enjoyed our one night stay.”

“This was a perfect getaway. Despite it being close to a road, it felt very private and quiet. From the view, to the hot tub, the robes (it's the little touches), projector movie night, heated bathroom floors, Bluetooth soundbar, and much more. It all amounted to a great overnight stay.
