"This trip was a surprise 40th birthday trip for my fiance. The house is absolutely beautiful! The wood stove inside is super cozy, the hammock swings outside are an amazing place to relax and read. If you want to unplug from the world and relax and recharge, the lazy bear is the place to go. The host was amazing at answering all our questions. We can't wait to come back. "

"Very remote location- having a 4WD was helpful. Place was clean- no spiders or webs. The rental company was easy to communicate with. Would have been nice to have a space heater as the available heating is insufficient. Mattresses are a hard foam (some people may prefer this, but I was up all night). Much of the place has been renovated, but more is necessary. My adult daughter enjoyed our one night stay."

Deck was in poor shape. Upon arrival, pots/pans, glassware all over the counter, not put away. Was looking for a place to relax, renew and refresh, but was not possible. We left on Thursday to go home. Will not use Vrbo again. "
