So I was left with no accommodation, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and then had to fight to get back the money I should never have……

“Accommodation was generally as described although we understand that the swimming pool is only available to guests at extra cost payable to the Park Dean Resort - this was not clear to us from the listing which advertises swimming pool in the headline. In the end, we did not use the swimming pool and went to the beach instead. Guests need to be aware that no bedding sheets or towels are provided so you need to remember to take your own (the host said that you can also hire these from the resort……
