It was a good location for us, food options made it easier. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the parking but it wasn't the worse.

There is no good reason to ask for a credit card when the stay is already paid for. I declined to present a card but it took some convincing. Also the room was not as described. The reservation included a sofa bed….there wasn’t one.

When hotels or other hospitality establishments ask for a credit card for incidentals, it's a common practice to ensure a smooth and secure experience for both guests and the business. It's important to note that the hotel typically places a hold on the credit card for the anticipated amount of incidentals, but the actual charge is only made if you incur additional expenses. If you don't use any extra services or amenities, the hold is released after check-out. And with third party reservations we don't access to guest's credit card numbers that's why we ask for it.Also, I did look into the issue regarding the lack of sofa bed. I did see that your reservation was booked for an accessible king room which we have two of. Unfortunately, due to availability this was the only accessible king room available Saturday evening. I do apologize for this inconvenience and disappointment. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future and restore your faith in our establishment.

The Highs and Really Lows!!!
The hotel is quite lovely with modern decor. The room was very nice, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and soft linens. Staff was very attentive when we asked housekeeping for extra pillows, and again at registration & checkout. - All that being said, there were two completely awful issues. 1) The foldout chair/bed in our room had a significant bad odor…like a teenager's stinky sports socks! I carry room spray/disinfectant, but even that couldn’t cover it. 2) Marriott’s routinely offer a continental breakfast free of charge. We experienced ticker shock at the cost of $28.00 for 2 coffee’s, a bagel with cheese, a cup of yogurt and a tiny sweet roll. That’s RIDICULOUS! SERIOUSLY OUTRAGEOUS! We stayed an extra night, but refused to eat anything else at your EXTREMELY OVER PRICED Food Counter!! It’s call Gouging Your Captive Customers!!

First of all, the property is well located close to Downtown Knoxville and all of the retail surrounding West Knoxville. We came for a Vols game and found it extremely convenient to the campus. Second, the property is extremely clean and appointed with a Starbucks cafe and many amenities. The staff is impeccable and will go above and beyond. They even assisted with a dead battery with our vehicle on our departure date. We will be back to this property for sure.

Pulled up and there were about 100 bikers with music blaring and smoking dope. They blocked the driveway and I could pull in. I walked in and poor girl at desk seemed pretty upset. I just cancelled my stay and went down the road. I was told this had been happening g a couple of weekends in a row. It was pretty scary to be honest.

Friendly service. Michael at the bistro was Very friendly and provided great service. The restaurant was closing at 10 and he continued to provide friendly service until they closed despite how busy it was. Hotel was very clean and comfortable.
