One dish, that evokes universal discussion, debate, memories and affection in India is Biriyani. While two major styles are more popular namely Nizam style of Hyderabad and Awadhi style of Lucknow, there are more than 30 varieties of Biriyani in India. Kolkata surely is amongst the top three destinations for Biriyani. And for me it is this place whose Biriyani not only weakens me but also makes me yearn for it everytime I have Biriyani elsewhere #GoodEats
