The apartment was ok. It was a bit of a problem to get to it the first time, you had to enter codes in 3 places, but luckily the lady from the reception helped. The apartment is comfortable, has air conditioning. The big downside are the ugly, once probably white, now gray towels. The bedding was clean.

Fabulous
We had arrived at another apartment through another company in Poland and was dirty and disgusting. We were two families with children and needed somewhere at short notice that was clean, had a good sociable space and was suitable for families. This apartment definitely ticked all the boxes. Great check in, spacious apartment and spotless. Thanks so much for rescuing us, we loved our stay.

Superb Penthouse Apartment
Superb penthouse apartment, couldn’t ask for any more. Easy, simple check-in and check-out. Very clean and apartment extremely well furnished. 10 minute leisurely walk to the Town Square. Will look to use again and will recommend to all friends and family for a future visit!

So much potential, but at the end disappointing. Location is great as you can walk into the old town in 5 minutes or so. Apartment is of great size, but the furniture is fragile due to use. Cleanliness is not taken care of, as there are filthy walls, all dishes were washed poorly and the bed sheets did not seem to be quite clear. The property does not honor their VIP access perk of late check-out and this is quite frustrating, ironically they said they could not offer it because they need to 'clean' the apartment. While location is great I would never stay here again and would not recommend it.

Spent a great few days at the Yourplace Biskupia Apartments! Very spacious and everything we needed within the apartment! Also a great location-only a short walk to the Old Town! Staff were very helpful at the reception guest too! Looking forward to coming back in the summer months. Thank you!

The property was only a fifteen minute walk from all amenities and very homely surroundings my only suggestion would be a starter of tea and coffee just for arriving would have been nice .

Quiet residence close to main square. We have stayed here before. One thing missing was "the small items" eg. Shampoo, coffee filters . Great spot to be near enough yet out of the crowd.

Great Stay
This place was amazing value for money, very clean and modern as well as so accommodating for us! Definitely recommend staying here, 30 second walk to Carrefour Express and 7/8 minute walk into the Square!

Well present apartments close to city centre
Stayed at these apartments whilst on a short visit to Krakow, they are exceptionally clean and well presented. They are just a very short walk from the city center. Krakow it'self is beautiful, there are lots of things to do and the square is a wonderful focal point. Naturally we visited Aswchitiz- Birkenau which was an eye opener. Schindlers museum was a little disappointing because there is very little on the man himself.

These apartments are to be found in a really nice location and offer very good value for money, with friendly helpful staff but there a couple of minor points to note. The air con units in our room were very poor and the lack of blackout blinds/curtains led to a rude awakening from the sun blazing through the venetian blind. The mattress in our apartment was also incredibly hard and the pillows too soft for support. Back to the positives. There was an amazing washing machine and lots of local shops nearby to make use of the cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. Located ten minute walk from central train station, ten minutes from Old Town square and a pleasant thirty minute stroll from the fantastic drinking and eating area of Kazimierz.

Well equipped, clean, close to main attractions.
There are a series of these apartments run by you place around the city. Mine was a 10 minute walk to main square, with a corner shop 2 minutes away. We were ground floor, so had a courtyard garden. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer washing machine, airer, iron etc.

Kindergarten apartment!
Not sure what to expect but looking at the pictures seemed a bargain. I think the apartment we were allocated does not feature in the photos. Ours was on the ground floor and was what seemed to be used as a nursery given that it was dominated by a massive blackboard and decorated with children's pictures and artwork. The floormat with roads to run toy cars on was a special touch. I think if we had one of the "adult" apartments we may have been more comfortable. Location is a short walk to the city centre.

Long weekend sightseeing stay in the centre.
A lovely spacious apartment with full cooking facility. Very convenient and near to the old town. No house service through out our stay for 4 nights hence the rubbish could be a problem and need self cleaning. Other than that we loved the convenience and the privacy. Will happily stay here again.

Modern Spacious Apartment
We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment instead of the 1 bedroom we had reserved. I'm glad we had the 2nd bedroom because the bed in the one bedroom was too hard. The 2nd bedroom had a mattress with a box springs and was more comfortable. The apartment did not have air conditioning and, luckily, the weather turned cool so we didn't need air. It would have been a problem if it were in the middle of the summer months. The apartment was convenient to the tram. It was a 3 minute walk to the tram which had you to the center of town in 10 minutes. The apartment was spacious and clean. It had a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Overall it was a great value for the price. You can reserve safe, parking spaces for a fee from the office if you need it. Our parking spot was a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Our apartment was 1 1/2 km from the office. The internet was very good in the apartment.

The apartment was excellent clean and well equipped. The location was superb.10/15 minute walk from The Square, Barbican, bus train station and Galeria. . We were 5 minutes from reception building. Very secure accommodation. Only drawback was noise two nights out of four from other apartment in our block.

Heat / internet not working. Cust service issues
Two bed apt we rented was clean and close to city center. However, the place was cold because the heat did not work adequately. Temperature in Krakow dropped to -15C at night during our stay. Not comfortable without heat. Internet WIFI did not work for first four days out of the seven days we were there. Their attitude in the office was that internet issues was not their problem and the heat was working even though we repeatedly came daily to tell them the place was not warm. We finally got mobile radiators on our fourth day that helped. While some in the office tried to be helpful others, especially the manager, just shrugged off our complaints. I would never stay in this place again. Too many good alternatives in Krakow.

This was very interesting family stay (2 seniors and young family with 1 child). The room was quite nice and everything was on the good level. One note: do not forget knife for kitchen - because existing ones are in very poor condition.
