I booked Kloe hotel based on the recommendation of another friend who had stayed here. This hotel is located right near shopping, restaurants but located on a quieter part of the area. The decor is very Brooklyn and reminds of a hipster hotel. Reasonable rates. They leave you a basket of Malaysian cookies and candies and have 2 carafes of filtered water for you. Rooms are on the smaller side but I was out most of the day and didn’t mind. As I’m from NY, I’m used to ambient outside noise but if you are a light sleeper you may hear the karaoke bar next door into the early morning hours. I fell asleep just fine. I did not use the pool but it seemed nice on the 2nd floor. Very cute lobby / receptionist area with an onsite cafe where you can order light food and coffee. Nearby the hotel literally right next door is a gas station with McDonald’s. As there’s no gym in the building, Anytime Fitness is across the main road and you can easily go to their website and download a 3 day trial pass. I highly recommend Black Bixon cafe for yummy breakfast. I had their avocado toast with fried egg and you can get assorted pastries from there. Overall Kloe was a great place to stay for my 3 nights in KL. Good value and did the job.

Clean and beautiful room, cozy pool, amazing staff. Everything was so nice I could stay whole day in the hotel. It would have been nicer if the restaurant was open but the food court of TRX mall is nearby so not a big deal. Not hotel’s issue, but the roads around the hotel is a little tricky/unfriendly for pedestrians.

Amazing hotel. Inside and out extremely nice for the price point. Look exactly like the photos. Room smelled good. AC works well. Good water pressures. Cute snacks provided. Nice view. Good noise blocking. Pool was very refreshing. The only restaurant there close permanently but the reception did not mention. Hotel is in the back of a gas station/mcdonald so i could hear bike revving at 3am and could not sleep. But overall i really enjoyed my stay. Walked by other hotels i could have booked but all looked too busy. This hidden gem was sold out and all booked yet did not feel too busy nor crowded.

A truly hidden treasure of a hotel
Extremely relaxing-super comfortable bed. Hotel has a very minimalist layout. Yet even in the simpleness the place is very chic. Comfort amenities wherever you go. I most certainly recommend this place as a destination on your visit of KL Malaysia

Kloe was an amazing stay overall and I will definitely be back. The staff was super friendly and I loved how spacious and well thought out the room was. The local snacks was such a nostalgic thing and it greet us warmly. I loved how the hotel was conveniently located but quieter vs staying right smack in the middle of Bukit Bintang. Just a couple of small feedback - the hotel was big on being eco friendly and even though I wanted to reuse the towels - there were no hooks for towels in the toilet!! Worth the add. I also wished the floors were vacuumed a little more. Was really dusty when we went bare foot just for a few steps around the room. Overall, great stay, will be back.

Perfect for couples
Clean and beautifully designed hotel. Really popular among the Instagram and photography crowd as we saw several groups doing photoshoots throughout our stay. The hotel is small but full of interesting and beautiful touches. Front desk staff especially Mr Siraj are stellar and took efforts to make the stay special. Housekeeping and maintenance staff are also friendly and responsive. Room design favours aesthetics over practicality. City view rooms are on the smaller side but well designed with a harmonious mix of colors, textures and finishings. However some small niggles such as non-locking and glass panelled bathroom makes it more suitable for couples instead of families. Painted metal doors and shelving in the bathroom are a unique choice but impractical due to tiny shelving, lack of clothes hooks and patches of rust here and there. The hot and cold water taps in the shower is also temperamental and hard to dial them just right though pressure is fantastic. Aesop toiletries provided is a definite win. Queen sized bed is comfortable with fluffy pillows and well-weighted duvet. Bedside lamps however are wired in tandem and can't be switched on and off individually. Location is a convenient 5 minutes away from Jalan Imbi and Pavilion.

Very pleasant experience! Booked for my beloved mum’s birthday celebration, they are thoughtful enough to give a complimentary cake with personalised message. Upon check in, the supervisor Siraj is so kind to give us a room upgrade. We truly appreciate the lovely gesture. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

HIDDEN GEMS IN THE CITY CENTRE OF KL
It was super amazing! I love every corner of the hotel. Very artistic and some did bring some good memories of our childhood. Love 🥰 would come again in the future. And very personal in how they welcome using my own name on the screen (in a good way by all mean). A place that u can pose and take pictures anywhere. Yes literally everywhere! I stay in the City room since all the others are fully booked on my booking date. It was perfect but i bet the bigger ones are more overwhelming. Go and stay here. A perfect getaway in the city centre of Kuala Lumpur ❤️
