“No limpiaron mi habitación, ni cambiaron toallas de baño. Lo reporte a lobby y solo se disculparon.”

“Ceiling is close to the bed but that’s expected in a tiny house.”

“Very nice place.”

“I will start by saying the outside area was beautiful only short walk to Blanco River. Staying in the cabin wasn’t what I expected. The sofa bed which I had to sleep on first night reeked of pet urine. Next day the refrigerator started leaking water on kitchen floor. Maintenance man shut of power to ice maker. We had no filtered water or ice ( management sent 2 bags of ice to wrong address. Water leak stopped for one day, but started again day before our departure. We stayed 7 days at the River...

“What a hidden little gem!!! we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Julie is such a great host. There are amenities you wouldn’t even think of. And absolutely love all the labels. Will definitely be back to stay again.”

“Perfect stay for attending a wedding near by!!”

“The home was great for our family. Location was great. Was about 15 minutes away from San Marcos where we went to float the river.”

“Great property. Secluded, quiet & safe.My 6 year old little boy loved waking down to the river and playing, so that was a huge bonus for us.”

“Property was precisely as described. Abundant wildlife on the grounds (I.e. turkey, deer, fox, owls)!! The creek did have water and we caught several nice bass. Overall, solid choice! The fireflies at night were a nice bonus while we were sitting on the deck in the evenings!”

“We arrived at the property late in the day and it was very lovely Somehow it was double booked and another family was already there so we had to find another place to sleep for the night. The host was very friendly and offered a refund immediately and was very apologetic We used VRBO for our booking and the other family used another service. I’m sure this happens occasionally and we have not had any issues in the past We will definitely try for this super property in the future”

“Great House, thank you.”

“Inside the home is nice & roomy. The location of the home is not exactly what I was expecting. The yard was not mowed and there was bird poop all on the front porch. I just felt like if it were my property and I had people staying I would’ve cleaned up the yard & porch better. The inside is nice but the floor hadn’t been mopped. The a/c is very good and the water pressure for showers are great!”
