“We have stayed all over this area in the last 30 years and this was the "wildest" experience ever! It was like nice accommodations inside a zoo with animals that were tame and fun to watch. A racoon came up to our backdoor and laid on the mat! Our girls loved seeing it so closely from behind the safety of the sliding glass door. We also were visited by a fox, baby ducklings, and a variety of gorgeous birds. The bullfrogs were fun to listen to each night. We were amazed that the huge sound...

“The night sky from the deck of the geodesic dome was absolutely spectacular, as were the views. The home was clean, thoughtfully appointed and was situated on an exceptional property. It was also a short drive from the Sierra Storytelling Festival, which made it even better. The only shortcoming is that there was only one full bed and the two others were a futon and a sofa bed. A twin bed in the loft would be a lovely addition. For 4 adults, it works fine.”
