This beautifully newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of Carvoeiro

There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, open plan to the lounge area which has patio doors leading to the spacious exterior . The bedroom, with king sized bed is well proportioned and adjacent to a modern bathroom with walk in shower. The bedroom also leads through patio doors to the exterior terrace which has furniture for al fresco dining and a BBQ., as well as two sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sun. In the living area both the sofa and the futon can be used as a beds, so a family can enjoy the space.
The apartment is on the first floor but there is a lift so it is suitable for those with mobility issues or small children. Being right in the centre, you can reach everything by foot so there is no need to hire a car. Restaurants, the beach & main square (100m) and bars are just a short walk. The apartment is bright, airy, well equipped (Wifi/TV 150 channels, air-conditioning) and modern, and has been beautifully decorated and furnished. Suitable for couples or a small family.

Very Noisy
The staff from the Oasis bar have a store room on the same floor as the flat. Every night it was so noisy as they re stocked the bar from this store room rolling barrels down the stairs , crates of bottles etc. This was usually around 11pm to 12pm. They were talking and shouting amongst themselves too Flat above, the owner plays very loud music on and off all day One of the flats had a dog that barked on and off all day and night Lighting in hall way poor No cushions for the sun beds But must of all the noise levels are unacceptable

El apartamento está en el centro, sin embargo no hemos tenido problemas de ruidos. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una semana en la playa. Tiene aire acondicionado en el salón y en la habitación, lo que se agradece. El patio es amplio y con barbacoa, y se agradece tener ese espacio.

Apartamento de acordo com o descrito, muito agradável, bem equipado e limpo. O terraço é bastante agradável. Infelizmente os vizinhos são bastante barulhentos. Existe um armazém no mesmo piso que abastece o restaurante Oásis, e os funcionários atiram os caixotes sem qualquer cuidado, com muito barulho. É melhor para um casal sem crianças.
