Experience an eco-friendly retreat in this stunning, newly built 1BR/1BA above garage apartment made from recycled shipping containers. A full kitchen, full bath, W/D, 2 electric fireplaces, and queen bed. Serene and secluded, yet close to restaurants and shopping, with spectacular sunsets, tall trees, and a beautifully landscaped backyard. Private entrance, parking, and noise separation ensure absolute privacy, with homeowners living in the main house. Enjoy all the comforts of home!
No pets and no smoking. This property is not suitable for young children. There are a lot of stairs and it is not childproof (no outlet covers, table corner protectors, or cabinet locks). There is plenty of room for your infant who isn't too curious yet or an older child (approximately 8+ years old) who can follow directions well. Please note that if you do bring your child with you to stay at The Treehouse at Hunters Cove, we are not responsible for injury due to negligence.
