“We really enjoyed our stay at The Cow Paddy. Dorcas provide for all of our needs. We were very comfortable in the well appointed apartment and greatly enjoyed the quietness and the scenery that the farm offers. No room for improvement in my opinion. If we're ever in the area again we will return!”

“I stayed at this property with two of my friends for one night. We had a wedding in town and planned on going to hocking hills the next day. We were able to walk to the church which was about 2 blocks away which was amazing for us! The place was clean, and cozy! Great location! ”

“Had a great experience at the Juice Box! Property was awesome overall. Some important things to note:1. We had no cell service at the property (and most of the area). WiFi was spotty as well. Plan accordingly (offline maps, save property info).2. There is another rental property on site, hard to know upon booking. But it is up the hill so it still feels secluded. Since we went in spring, not all the leaves are on the trees and you can see to the road and hear some traffic. The property was clean……

“This place was great for a quick stay! The only things that would've made it better was the deadbolt working and a cup to make the coffee in. It met the basic needs we had and we are grateful we didn't have to make a long drive home late at night. Hosts were always checking in and let me know I could contact them at any point. “This building was really cool and was built in the 1920's. The windows in this place were beautiful and there was so much natural light. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely renovated. The furniture was comfortable but sparse. The neighborhood is really quiet. The neighborhood is in transition. There were some homes that had been fully renovated and some that were vacant. Still felt safe there. Plenty of parking on the street. There were security cameras.The HVAC unit doesn't work so……

“Nice cozy place to stay whole in town. Came with everything we needed for our short trip, communication from owners was great and very welcoming check in and check out process was simple as well. Just wish the bed was more comfy, was hard as a rock. Would definitely stay again!!”

“Great value. That’s gonna be THE reason for the rating. Value is excellent. But there are some things to know. First off, the area is solid but not without a little bit of sketchiness. Folks can be a little loud even later at night and a little awareness is needed. The bathroom is a bit cramped, particularly if you’re a bigger guy like myself, and the water pressure and heat can go on you quickly. The bed is FIRM. If that’s your preference, then awesome.
