The ocean is flat today and the tide is out, bu I find the beach interesting in the way the black sand suddenly stops as it gets closer to the ocean. Ginger, our rescue, loves to run on the Coronado beach and enjoys digging for sand crabs. www.panamarodrunner.com
The beautiful black sand beaches of Coronado - the pink towers in the background are the Coronado Country Club where many North Americans rent condo's for the winter months which is our hot and dry season! www.panamarodarunner.com
The best form of relaxation is walking on the beach and watching the tide come in.
