COMFORTABLY ELEGANT 2 BR POOLSIDE CONDO IN MONTELAGO VILLAGE


This modern 2 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath condo is located in the heart of Montelago Village. It is conveniently located on the lobby level and overlooks two beautiful pools and courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen has seating for six. There is one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate sleeping for six guests. A combination washer/dryer is also included for your convenience. Please let me know if your preferred dates are not available as we also own another property in Viera that may be able to accommodate you.

Exactly as described
Property was exactly as described. Clean, plenty of room, and enjoyed the patio. Wonderful in the morning to sit outside and listen to the birds, enjoy the view. Does get afternoon sun until goes behind condos on other side. Nice to have heated pool which was perfect temperature for May visit. Only recommendation would be to have some kcups to go with the Keurig which was super handy for my mom who must have her morning cup of coffee! 🙂 Had to pay a pretty hefty price at the little grocery store. Not a real major complaint but enough to give a couple of guests a cup each per day would have been a nice touch. Overall we were extremely pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Went for a weekend event. Like to have fun out at night yet be able to come back to a quiet and tranquil place to sleep and recharge. Perfect size and has all the home essentials. Will definitely be back. Very quiet and private.

Quiet retreat & quick trip to the Las Vagas Strip
We enjoyed being close to outdoor activites and not to far from all the activity and glitz of the Las Vegas Strip. The condo was as described and a great space for 3 adults and 2 teenagers. The Village restaurants and shops were a quiet (shorter hours) due to it being the off season but the market had a good selection of boxed, frozen, and fresh foods and the coffee shop inside had great breakfast options. The host was very responsive and helpful prior to, during, and after our stay. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Great location
Im a bit ocd when it comes to cleaning. So i did some cleaning of my own. But the location was amazing with everhthing you need in walking distance. Short 25 min drive to the strip. And they give lots of choclates when you arrive. Everything you need is provided, from iron, vacum, washing pods, shampoo, conditioner, they provide it all! Friendly and relaxing community. I will definately stay again.

Great home
Beds are very comfortable. Need to bring own towels. Felt like drying off with sand paper. Kitchen is ok stocked but no seasonings or anything (I don’t say this as a negative just knowledge) Not five stars are because of towels, bedding, and the pool and sauna were down. We were told it was just a footbridge. Implying short walk. That is not the case. We rented this place for the hot tub and unfortunately had to drive to it. Not entirely hosts fault as repair being done but frustrating and refund offered was very small amount or future use in a place I don’t visit. Personally the offer off a future rental should have been offered off this one.

Over and beyond my expectations. Our stay was memorable and unique. My friends who stayed with us who travelled from Asia were all praises and compliments about the property and the general location. Property is fine. Unfortunately, after booking and three days prior to stay the owner advised pool was closed for repair; too late to cancel and find alternative... Roto hammers all day for 2 of the 4 days... I notified the owner of my displeasure. The owner offered -20% for my next stay if booked now and advised that given it was cold outside; I wouldn't have used the deck or pool anyway, and "the noise from the hammers was quieter inside" duh! Then the owner pointed out that "I already had a good deal". Wow, who knew! Ha! Nice Job... tell your customers how they should feel better when you caused the problem... then offer to rent to them again! Unconscionable!

Vegas Family Getaway

The family really enjoyed our stay at this property. We arrived Saturday 12/9 and departed 12/15, watched 2 Raider games and played rounds of golf at Reflection Bay Resort. Conveniently located to many great restaurants and whatever Las Vegas had to offet, would highly recommend this property.

Lovely unit. Clean & convenient to community restaurants & shops all within walking distance. Appreciated step in showers as my husband is disabled. Toilets are lower non ADA height but he brought his raised toilet seat so no worries. Beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. The communication from the host was perfect from beginning to end. We were informed of all of the check in information prior to the arrival date. Upon arrival we found everything as advertised in the listing. The condo is nice with comfortable furnishings & very tasteful decor. There were toiletries in both restrooms & coffee and tea in the kitchen when we arrived. The refrigerator has filtered water which was awesome. In addition to plenty of bath towels there were a couple beach towels available for use at the hot tub. The area is great as well with a cute courtyard, restaurants & shops. We enjoyed a quick meal at the laid back Pub and one morning visited Mrs. Coco which we definitely recommend for an epic hot cocoa if you enjoy that or have children. We visited the little grocery store as well for a few items like creamer, cereal, bananas, and some drinks. Last but not least is the little balcony with a nice place to sut to take your coffee. There is a view in the distance of the mountains and it also overlooks the pools. If you are lucky the resident Hummingbirds will fly over to greet you each time you come ourside and sit down. It was very cool. We loved our stay and would love to visit again in the summertime so as to take advantage of the awesome pools, lake, paddleboarding, etc. One last thing to mention...we left a stuffie at the unit and Nancy offered to mail it free of charge. A great experience all around. A+

Nice & Comfortable Property Lake Las Vegas
I was happy with the property and everything was in great order. The two rooms were comfortable and spacious. I just loved the sheets in the 2nd room; they felt luxurious! The deck was nice and a great place to clear my head. Check-in was easy and Nancy was very responsive in her communications before I arrived. Her on-site manager was able to answer all my questions too. I like that the property was so close to the Lake Las Vegas eateries and stores. It's always nice to stay around the lake.
