“I have NO IDEA how this property got 9.4 stars. Not as described on Expedia at all. Check in was smooth and desk clerk was friendly. Rooms were clean, but very dated, paint peeling above shower wall, dead bugs in light fixture in bathroom, no hair dryer. The pictures of property show beautiful views of lake…not the case. It also shows a great pool but failed to show the steep uneven steps to get to it. We left a day early…would love to get a refund for the night we didn’t stay, but pretty……

“Self check-in was convenient and simple except for the invasive amount of personal information asked to have unit access, but after that is where issues started to happen. Cleanliness of condo was an immediate issue as we walked in. Sliding door did not close properly and unit had bugs flying everywhere, sliding door couldn’t be latched properly and had to make something to keep latched securely. There were clothes left in washer and dryer, with dirty towels still in washer. Unit hadn’t been……

“This is a great place to stay, staff was great. A little disappointed the restaurant was closed Tuesday and Wednesday but the pool was great and the area of the lake was pretty quiet. The cabin was nice, we will be back.”
