“Me and my husband were traveling from Puerto Rico and roadtripping through Missouri on our way to Texas. We stayed at cabin #5, which was fully equipped with anything that a big family may need during their vacation. The property is conveniently located and features spectacular views of the lake and big comfy beds. The highlight of our stay though was Patrick, who was incredibly attentive and generous. “For a 'resort' I was very unimpressed - we had a room right next to the lake which was nice but it had very little decor; the living area had two 'couches' that reminded me of college dorm furniture...very uncomfortable, barely big enough for two people with no pillows, etc. and that was it. TVs were outdated, bathroom very small & outdated, walked into the bedroom and the lamp shade was crooked, TV was installed crooked, outdated heating/cooling system; just not at all what I had expected.”
