Wonderful Stay
My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and we enjoyed our stay. The cabin is in a good location in a nice neighborhood just a 30 min drive from the town of Leavenworth. The cabin has a true vintage cabin feel. We enjoyed watching movies and nights in the jacuzzi. The place was huge and can sleep quite a few great for families! Our only complaints were a lot of the outlets weren’t working. We noticed the only one that we could get to work were the ones with lamps plugged into them, which made it kind of tricky when trying to get ready or charge devices but we made it work. The king size mattress was pretty firm which isn’t my personal preference but was still able to get good rest. The lights over the jacuzzi we couldn’t turn on. Unsure if we just couldn’t find the right switch or if the bulbs were out. We made it work by turning on the living room light that lit up the area thru the windows. Other than those little things we had a wonderful time and would stay again.

Where do i begin Broke smoke detectors laying around broken CO2 detectors laying around disabled. My daughter found a 9v battery and tried to eat it as well as 2 screws she found that wete supposed to be in securing a co2 detector. We also had to use our dechoking device to remove a small dog bone treat from my 1 year olds throat. This place was a hazard and should be listed as not child friendly or safe. I also submitted a full report to the chelan county fire marshal about the fire code violations

Adequate Accommodations
Property is well past its prime and has current owners who have lost the desire to maintain its overall condition. House was dirty by anyone's standards with poor conditioned appliances such as island stovetop and dishwasher. Hot tub was not working on arrival and estimated fix was to take longer than our 1 weeklong stay so the Rental company did credit us $170 for the inconvenience. The rental management team was very respondent to the issue. House was large enough to accommodate 4 adults, 2 children and family dog. Nice location on the golf course and close to all outdoor activities. Landscaping was terribly neglected with overgrown bushes and a tree growing up through the deck. The patio lacked comfortable seating except for dining table and chairs. There was one rickety Adirondack chair available and another broken one in the garage. We would not recommend this property to future renters nor rent this property again ourselves.

Nice house, needs work
Lovely place in a great location, very close to Lake Wenatchee. But maintenance is not being kept up with. The pull out bed’s metal frame had completely snapped, meaning I had to sleep on the couch. The hot tub cover and deck was covered with bird droppings. One of our group found a nail sticking up through the carpet in one of the lower bedrooms. Just all in all, it needs some care.

If it had been clean, it would have been perfect
As we entered the neighborhood and saw the big beautiful homes, we were so excited. As we pulled up to the property, it was immediately apparent that this was the house on the block the neighbors despised. Overgrown and weeds in the beds. Lack of maintenance such as clean gutters, clean windows, nice paint made it kind of an eyesore. We were told we could check in at 4, but the man “cleaning” was still there and so we had to wait a bit. He was very nice and apologized. Us girls gathered our stuff and proceeded into the home where it was immediately apparent that it had not been deep cleaned in MONTHS! Cobwebs everywhere, grime around the faucets, filthy shelves and drawers, parts of the stove had old crumbs and grease. Area rugs needed a thorough cleaning. Floors still had hair and dirt on them. Fridge was nice and clean and the bedding and towels were laundered. There were multiple mosquitoes and flies in the house. The deck was beautiful, but had overgrown brush, and the tables, chairs and hot tub cover were covered in bird poop. We learned quickly that we couldn’t be outside because of the swarms of mosquitoes. We were all eaten alive, even when we tried to get into the hot tub. If this home was properly maintained and clean, it would be amazing. We wouldn’t go back.

What an awesome place!
Myself and a few friends stayed here for a few days. We came over to do some local fishing and the cabin served us well. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hot tub was a great bonus. Wish the weather would have cooperated better, but either way an amazing home in a gorgeous pocket of Washington State. Thank you for having us.

Upon arrival the house looked good. It has plenty of room and is in a good location. It was once we took a closer look that things were disappointing. We were there for Christmas and I had brought kitchen items from home to use. In unpacking I decided to give the kitchen a quick re-organization and that is when I became frustrated. I found two cookie sheets stuck together by the grease/fat from a steak or something similar that had been baked on one. In the tall cupboard there is a grip type liner in the pull out drawers. Under the liners were crumbs and other food type debris. At that point I decided to clean the entire kitchen before use. In doing so I discovered pots that had dried on food in the bottom. These had been washed, just not scrubbed and needed a good cleaning. At that point I decided to go ahead and load the dishwasher with everything I could fit in it and run it. I spent the better part of an hour cleaning, wiping down and out cupboards, wiping out drawers and washing pots and pans. Once finished with that I took a deeper look around and discovered a lot of cobwebs and dust in the harder to reach areas of the home, around window frames and lighting fixtures and in the high ceiling areas. The bathrooms and bedrooms seemed to be in good shape and did not require any cleaning. Once all the work was done we were able to settle in and enjoy the place. We were disappointed that we were not allowed to use the wood pellet stove. It shows in the listing and there is a section in the three ring binder for the house dedicated on how to light and use the stove. We called the property manager and all they got from the owner was a message saying, 'the wood stove is not available for use". Such a bummer. The house is set up nicely for a family to spread out in and not feel like you are on top of each other. Basically there are three sitting areas and one of the couches is a hide a bed with a partially broken frame. It would probably be better to just take the mattress out of it and place it on the ground. Being there in the snow was beautiful. The hot tub was nice however the deck was buried in snow so you had to be careful getting to it. The location of the home is nice, quiet, close to Leavenworth and Plain. The home lost power the day we left and there was no way to heat it. No back up generator and no pellets for the stove. We also did not see any lanterns for flashlights although we didn't look for them as we left in the light of day.

Theft and Filth
We left a few items on accident. When we called to ask about them I had to pay a $25 fee to have them even look. I called back twice and was told their regional individual was out and would check upon their return. They said housekeeping found nothing. So they stole $25 from me to tell me their housekeeping staff are theives. The house was dirty, dust bunnies everywhere. Food residue on the dishes. The cutlery, pots, pans, dishes were so over used they were in rough shape. Plastic wine cups were warped from the broked dishwasher that did a terrible job hense the food on the plates. We booked for the hot tub and fireplace. The fireplace had no pellets and we could not use, they should have removed it as an amenity if it is not usable. The Hot Tub had murky dirty water. Gross. There were mouse dropping in the garage in multiple locations. Just disgusted at the house and the theft was beyond ridiculous. Will never use this place or booking agency again.

We have family property close by and had a family gathering. All worked well. Check out information was not clear in the information book. Did not include information of what to do with used towels and also the garbage. Would have liked information to even tell us to leave for the cleaners ( which we did. Hope that was correct). Cleaners showed up1/2 hour before the 10am because she said we had responded as early check out which we did not

Initially 8 of us were scheduled to stay but inevitably 6 of us stayed here and overall we had a wonderful time but not without issues. First the communication from the listing stated that the place sleeps 8, after booking and upon looking through the listing further, I noticed only 3 beds. I inquired of the management company if I was missing an extra space for 2 to sleep. They wrote back stating that the listing states sleeps 6 comfortably but that the max occupancy was 8 (I have screen shots of the listing where it states specifically that it sleeps 8.) the kitchen is poorly stocked including a total of 5 forks & 1 butter knife. Dishwasher leaks discovered that when one of the girls slipped on the wet floor. The bathroom sink downstairs plug is broken and therefore doesn’t drain without manually pulling it up at the bottom of the sink, gross especially after spitting into it while brushing teeth, then washing you hands after us a hassle. The girls that stayed upstairs said there was a sink drainage issue there too. Upon arriving we discovered a roll away bed in a closet and a hide away couch 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ why wouldn’t the management company state that to me in their response??! Regardless they were both extremely uncomfortable so she was correct in saying 6 could sleep comfortably as long as you are sharing a bed. Beds were comfortable. Checkout is at 10 am and the cleaning lady shows up at 10 am!!! Late checkout not available! It’s so early especially after a night I’m Leavenworth. Cab ride from Leavenworth was about $80 before tip but they were great & flexible. The house is nice & hot tub was hot🙌🏻 Like I said overall we enjoyed our stay, needs some maintenance and management company could be more helpful. As I messaged the management company about info on trails, restaurants and activities near by and got no response. But there is a trail and lake nearby, home is on the golf course & does have a clubhouse/restaurant, I’m sure there are nearby trails and other fun outdoorsy things to do. Hope this helps.

Great House
Love this house! The location is great, it is very clean, and several updates have been made (new fridge, new dishwasher, now guest faucet, etc). The layout is great for our group of 5 and we will definitely be back. Only suggestions are to trim the bushes so you can actually see the fairway behind the house from the deck and the living room and make the hot tub a little warmer.

Lovely vacation home on golf course
The property is very nice. They do need to do some maintenance projects. The dishwasher needs to be fixed or replaced and the air conditioning worked fine the first two days, but the 2nd two did not cool properly and sleep was uncomfortable. We could look past the issues and had a very nice time.

Property was not very clean and had plenty of signs of deferred maintenance. Worst part was the dishwasher was broken upon arrival and there were not enough dishes and cutlery to last much more than 1 meal for our group, so we had to do dishes for 7 after each meal. We contacted the property manager and we were told the dishwasher would be fixed twice and it never was. As expected, we were refunded an insulting amount due to our inconvenience. Simple policy: don’t fix stuff that is broken and offer tiny refund at the end.

The title of my review is "My Review"
We enjoyed the stay about half an hour outside of Leavenworth although there were some minor issues. There was some construction of new homes in the area which means the weekday mornings can sometimes be a little loud but was mostly not a problem because we ended up leaving the property anyway. Also the pellets for the fireplace were out and the property management was not able to supply replacement pellets. The hot tub cover is also pretty badly damaged to the point that it took multiple people to get it closed since it was ripping in half. Lastly there's a deck from the upstairs bedroom that's currently closed off because the deck needs repairs. Overall though the property is nice and supplied what we needed. The jacuzzi tub upstairs replaced the hot tub and the home was plenty warm without the fireplace. It rained most of our stay so we didn't spend much time outside but the inside was great.

We had a great time there and it was a very quiet and peaceful place!
The house was very well cleaned and for our whole family it was a great experience. The whole area was quiet with beautiful view of trees and mountains. There was a great walking path and it was beautiful and comfortable because the path was very wide. It was defenitly worth it.

False Advertising
Considering how much this property is going for, we definitely did not get what we paid for. We chose the property for the amenities: hot tub, gas grill, pellet stove. For starters the gas grill didn’t work, which put a damper on our meal planning, as we had specifically asked If the gas grill was working, before our arrival, and we were told it was. The pellet stove also did not work. Not only did we try troubleshooting these issues ourselves, we also spent about one hour of our first vacation day on the phone trying to resolve the problems. The only thing we were able to do is light the outside heater, as that wasn’t working properly either. The following day, maintenance did come out to help but the pellet stove & gas grill remained unusable. Moving on to the hot tub: 1. the cover was damaged, split in half, which made it extremely difficult to remove and place back. 2. The 2nd day into our 4 day stay the hot tub stopped working altogether. That was additional time spent on the phone trying to schedule maintenance again. That evening, our friends who slept on one of the bedrooms downstairs awoke in the middle of the night with heat exhaustion. That particular bedroom houses the water heater, no warning about this is in in the listing or at the property. Essentially the room becomes a sauna if the door is closed. Our friends did not sleep well & became quite ill. Lastly the cleanliness was less than average. Dust bunnies, cobwebs, spiders, ants & other bugs, dirty narrow floor spaces, random stains on cabinet doors. While linens, toilet, sink & shower were clean, everything else was subpar. During COVID, cleaning should definitely be a priority & more thorough. Also lack of security in the back patio door, no lock just a wooden stick. The back deck was also covered in snow. Granted we know it’s winter but surely the snow could have been pushed out to the golf course behind it, as that was already covered, therefore we had access to about half the deck & had to walk around the snow. Overall we are very disappointed & unhappy about this experience, it was our anniversary! We are still currently dealing with Vacasa to get a refund or compensation. We have spent HOURS on the phone voicing our complaints. This is FALSE ADVERTISING! When I looked for properties, I chose those amenities because I expect to get them if I’m paying for them. Essentially we paid for clean beds & one night in the hot tub and we were there for 4 days.

Beautiful homestead
This was a beautiful property. Nice and quiet. Great location. The only problem was no pellets for the pellet stove when we arrived. It would have been nice to have the pellet stove going since it was the middle of winter. And the bbq was completely dirty and not working so I had to cook these 2 t bone steaks I brought in the house on the stove. The pans were complete trash and burned the steaks cause the non stick coating was rubbed off. You would think that the price you pay to rent this place for 3 days that they could afford to have decent non stick pans and cookware so your not burning up all your food every time you cook. Other than wasting money on food that got destroyed on the terrible cookware this place was amazing. And I would rent it again if they get the bbq fixed and replace the old worn out pans so your not wasting your money on expensive steaks that you can’t cook properly.

Awesome place! Cozy layout, nice king bed, great size bathtub and hot tub.
This place was so great and bright and open feeling. Cute updated kitchen and nice layout. Views of snowy pasture we so pretty and lots of sunlight in the mornings. Stocked with kitchen utensils, a blender, KEIRIG coffee maker. Nice bathtub with jets, king in master upstairs with a cute opening to the living room (not as private master bedroom for bigger parties) but was so perfect for us. Very quiet cute neighborhood felt very safe. Would definitely go back! Thank you!!
