We love this property. James at the front desk is amazing! Be sure to ask for him when you stay at this hotel if you want to know good places to go and eat tacos. He is a wealth of knowledge! He speaks Spanish and English! We will always book this hotel.

The hotel was dirty and old. It had a terrible strong smell of sewage everywhere. The condition of the hotel is terrible. I couldn’t imagined sleeping in those beds or even taking a shower in the filthy shower. Therefore, we looked for another place to stay. As soon as we found another place, we checked out that same day that we arrived to Hampton. Hampton didn’t refund our money. Hampton told me that they wouldn’t refund my money that Expedia had to do it. However, Expedia clearly explained that the money was in Hampton’s account already. Please look for a different hotel. We were able to stayed in the newest hotel in Leon by paying approximately the same amount as in Hampton.

Four of us stayed in a room, but were only allowed two towels. We requested two additional towels and they told us they couldn’t give us any additional towels because they were short in towels. Clean hotel. Good breakfast selection. Gym has plenty of equipment to get a good workout. Very accommodating. They let us keep our bags at the reception desk after we checked out.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The staff is very nice and helpful the room is spacious, beds are comfortable, they have a free breakfast buffet that is good with a variety of thing too choose from. If you are in Leon to shop this hotel is definitely, were you want to stay it is walking distance to all the shops and across the street from the stadium. Will definitely stay here when we return.
