nice hotel close to the center
There is no parking in historical center...and navigation does not lead you to the hotel...only to the closest point of restricted driving...enter regardless...drive to the hotel..unload and drive to the closest parking you can find outside the walls

The hotel is luxury decorated and definitely comfortable. The rooms is big with a large bathroom and a seperate place to relax. We could even place and load our e-bikes in a closed room. However the entry procedure outsed opening hours( we arrived at 4:25 PM) is lousy and does not fit to the rest of the place. The intercom did not work. When ee phoned the indicated number a guy, coffing al the time, was quite harsh and unkind. This service can be improved.

Pareja que llega en coche al Hotel
El Hotel está totalmente céntrico y localizado en zona del casco antiguo. Por ese motivo no se puede llegar en coche, y es necesario aparcar en el Aparcamiento Santo Domingo o el aparcamiento San Pedro. Si se intenta llegar al Hotel en coche siguiendo el GPS, se cruzará el anillo central prohibido a la circulación. Todo lo demás perfecto.

En muy buena zona, calle muy tranquila; la habitación y el baño perfectos. A mejorar las almohadas que son demasiado blandas y el servicio externo que se encarga de los registros cuando el personal del hotel no trabaja, no tiene justificación que tarden tanto en atender mientras estás en la calle
