I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now. the hot tub was broke down this trip the entire time which was disappointing.

Great service. Stayed on the bottom floor. There was a few knocking on the windows in the morning. Maintenance staff said it could be homeless people? Other than that, overall great place to stay.

All the front desk staff was amazing. Very accommodating and friendly. The housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were so welcoming and helpful. Will stay here again for sure!

Place was nice. Not sure if they actually had room service, no menu and the qr code did not work The maids seems to be in a rush. I had my no service tag on my door and knocked to see if i was needing service and if i was checking out. I said i am checking out but check out is at noon. Why are you here at 10 am asking me if im checking out now. Also did you not see the sign? It was a fine place for an over night stop.

It was not as nice as I would expect for being part of the Hilton franchise. Also the bathroom had a barn door, hard to open, had a big old gap. Maybe was for handicap access but I'm sure better options were available. Room was big but my bed frame went down went I sat on it, bed was comfy, pillows were nice. Side table was sooo unstable, could not use to put a drink on it. Furniture was missing pieces, same on the lobby, not well kept for what I expecting for Hilton.Location was nice, close to freeway, gas station and shopping locations.

The hotel is within walking distance of Target and several dining options as well as close to the freeway. The staff was friendly and quick to respond.

There were 3 shopping centers in walking distances so no driving was really necessary. Great food selections nearby. Our room lights on half of our room kept turning off randomly for a few minutes at a time then would turn back on which was kind of annoying. The wifi was also so slow that we couldn't even scan the QR code in the rooms to see the itinerary. Overall though, I'd stay there again for the neighborhood and convenience, but I'd just pick a different room.

The staff was very friendly. I asked if I could check out later then 11 and they were very accommodating. They did not even charge me extra to leave at 1 instead of 11. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I did not like was no room service.

I only stayed for a night. However, it was weird that 3 times before 10 am the people who clean the room knocked on my door telling me that they thought I already checked out. I was confused thinking the check out was at 10 am.

There was a couple arguing to the top of their lungs next to our room that kept us up for almost about 40 minutes. On top of this, we come out to find our catalytic converter stolen among five other cars. There’s cameras all throughout the property and no security guard seen at the time. Insane that stuff like this happens at a big name hotel.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The facility was very clean and the area around the hotel had a lot of restaurant options as well as a shopping center across the street with a Target and Ross and many other stores.
