Hotel was good but what stands out the most is the staff’s kindness and willingness to help and cater to one’s needs. In walking distance to Basilica, restaurants and shops so good location.

Stayed 4 nights linen etc wasn't changed,room was not hoovered until 3rd day.Carpets in need of a wash or replaced Owner very polite and friendly but quality of hotel just ok , Good location to grotto very quite Street Would not return

the owners are quite friendly and helpful - great mountain and river views from the upper floor balconies make it a special stay - overall a positive experience and would recommend to others as it is great value for the area

Très bon accueil. Personnel très agréable et très serviable. Bien que l’hôtel soit un peu vieillissant, les salles sont charpentes et les chambres sont très bien entretenues; Propres, calmes et avec balcon. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour, et nous reviendrons. Merci.

Relación precio-calidad buena
El hotel es un poco antiguo, muchas alfombras en suelos y pisos pero para pasar una noche ynvisutar el santuario esta bien, muy accesible, tiene garaje. Relación precio calidad bastante buena.

Der receptionist Murat war hervorragend, freundlich und wir hätten uns keine schönere und hilfsbereitere Ankunft vorstellen können! Wir sind sehr glücklich dieses Hotel gebucht zu haben und bedanken uns noch einmal für den tollen Aufenthalt! Sollten wir wieder einmal in der Nähe sein, würden wir wieder dorthin gehen. Auch beim check out war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame, die den Schlüssel entgegen nahm. Trotz der Sprachbarriere gaben sich alle sehr Mühe uns alles recht zu machen!

À notre arrivée, pas de parking et n’accepte pas les chèques vacances comme indiqué sur les sites Accueil par une personne gentil mais complètement perdu 45 min pour avoir la chambre , pas de chauffage fonctionnel dans la chambre et coupure électrique à 3h du matin et personne ne répond au téléphone jusqu’à 8h du matin ou la serveuse est venue pour le petit déjeuner, après avoir eu accès au tableau électrique on a pu réarmé
