Hotel mau cuidado. Elevadores fazem barulho de coisa velha e sem cuidado. Quartos com paredes há muito tempo sem ver uma pintura. Mobília velha e descascada. Já conheceu dias melhores.

Sinceramente me decepcnei com o hotel, quarto vazando, cachoeira de agua vinda do apartamento de cima, corredores sem manutenção, elevador quebrado, pressa de arrumar a área do café antes do prazo, recepção com atendimento frio... Nunca mais !

Uma hospedagem sem erros.

Excelente atendimento da equipe de recepção, flexibilidade e simpatia. Café da manhã com qualidade, limpeza e organização. Adorei a vista para a praia de Imbetiba da simpática varanda do quarto. Senti falta apenas de uma academia

Hotel está desgastado

O hotel está muito desgastado, necessita de reformas. O colchão não estava confortável, o jogo de lenços estava manchado, as toalhas é muito simples. A porta da sacada não tranca. O banheiro estava com vazamento e a água do chuveiro surgia no corredor do quarto. A fechadura da suíte travou na segunda noite da hospedagem. O restaurante não oferece todos os pratos escritos no cardápio. As vagas da garagem é bem pequena e não tem vaga para todos os hóspedes. Durante a realização do checkin os atendentes ficavam conversando entre eles sobre assuntos particulares e não prestava a devida atenção ao hóspede. Não voltaria a hospedar novamente.

Viagem à trabalho, primeira vez no hotel… Instalações antigas, qdo abri a porta do quarto cheiro insuportável de cigarro. Cama boa (king) confortável, travesseiros cheirando ao outro hóspede. Toalhas de péssima qualidade, banheiro mal lavado (cheiro de urina no ralo do chuveiro). Tv smart, ar condicionado gelando e silencioso. Café da manhã razoável, eu não volto.

Razoável a começar que avisei que Seria uma viagem de aniversário de casamento e diferente de outras estadias que fiz em outros hotéis tb p comemorar aniversário de casamento no qual sempre ao chegar tinha uma pequena surpresa encima da cama. E o quarto que nos colocaram a começar quando usei o banheiro fui dar descarga não tinha agua ao indagar a recepcionista constatou que o registro estava fechado, a porta da sacada mt pesada p abriu mh esposa não conseguiu abrir de Tao pesada, Fui colocar umas garrafas de água o congelador do frigobar não tinha lugar de tanto gelo. Lâmpada da sacada queimada. E para piorar ao chegar de um passeio lá pelas 22.30h constatei que o ar não estava gelando, liguei p recepcionista e ele me alocou p outro quarto 3 andares acima e isso já lá pelas 00.h e nem p ter algum funcionário p ajudar na remoção das malas. Hotel mal conservado não merece 4 estrelas.

Hotel está precisando de reforma. O mobiliário está bem desgastado e com empestação de insetos (formigas e baratas), precisa dedetizar. Ar-condicionado sem ajuste de temperatura e velocidade do vento. Chuveiro do banheiro com torneira viciada, fica pingando água continuamente.

No geral foi uma boa estadia.

Já havia me hospedado no hotel a um ano atraz. Achei o café da manhã bom. A vista do quarto é linda. Não gostei que o ar condicionado não estava gelando. E o box do banheiro é bem pequeno. O estacionamento também é bem apertado, principalmente para carro SUV.

Estava hospedada no Golden Tulip Vitória, e por isso fiz a nossa ultima reserva da mossa viagem em familia no Golden Tulip Macaé, deixer de fazer no Ramada pracfazer lá, mas nem de longe o de Macaé se compara com o de Vitória, parece o primo pobre, foquei impressionada como a rede deixa o hotel naquele estado. A porta do meu quarto estava toda estufada, descascando que ate emperrava, o ar condicionado do segundo quarto nao funcionava, a lampada do bamheiro estava queimada, há paredes descascando e infiltrações por toda parte, corredores, quartos , bamheiros, inclusive na recepção abaixo do ar condicionado, a cama do meu quarto eram duas camas de solteiro e ficava um mondeongo no meio, os colchões não são confortáveis.O café é simples e sem atrativos, bom mesmo só a vista maravilhosa com mascer do sol espetacular. Fico triste por avaliar um hotel assim, apontando tantos defeitos, mas isso é na esperanca dos problemas serem resolvidos, porque memso que seja simples, se for bem cuidado, zelado e ter um pouco de capricho, tuso muda para melhor.

Quarto super confortável a única coisa q deixou a desejar foi o box, é extremamente pequeno. Mas tirando isso, tudo perfeito, a cama super confortável e a vista nem se fala. Recomendo.
