We did not realize there was no daily maid service, but got fresh towels from front on demand. Breakfast was hotel standard - good eggs! Did not use pool but son said hot tub looked unclean. "The check in was easy and quick. The staff greeted us as soon as we entered the lobby and it was so clean. The food was amazing and the bartender (Will) was especially attentive and made sure that we knew our way around. The adult beverages were very tasty and completed our evenings. The location was perfect for meeting with family and close to the highway. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back. "

"My friend and I were very pleased with our room! It was spacious and very clean. The small kitchenette was a bonus along with the 2 bottles of complimentary water. The hot breakfast was good, but I think there could have been better preparation for a Sunday morning. Several items were empty or low and we had to ask for replenishments. All in all our stay was very pleasant and I would definitely stay here again! "

"Checkin was good, the staff was fine. The room was good and clean, the shower was good. The hot tub and pool both were functioning. Everything was fine but it was almost 230 for 1 night. The hotel was dated, and nothing was new about it. the room was very average. I have stayed in nicer hotels for a lot less. I guess it is just how much Madison costs, but wow. This is WI not LA"
