Spacious country home ideal for 4 families with kids

Ideally located on the edge of the Normandy-Maine Regional Nature Park, this 18th century mansion is an idyllic setting for family getaways. Accommodating four couples with children without ever stepping on each other's toes, the house is full of convivial spaces for cooking, playing, reading, relaxing and disconnecting. With a large garden of 1,000 m², a billiard and darts area, and an XXL trampoline, it is the ideal base camp for your hikes in the middle of nature.
Large family house with 4 bedrooms equipped with double beds and two dormitories equipped with 5 single beds for the first and two double beds and two single beds for the second. The house includes a living room, a dining room that can accommodate 16 people, a large kitchen, a billiard room and a dart room. The garden is 1,000 square meters and a trampoline as well as bikes are available.
A bed linen/towel package is available for 5€/pers.
The cleaning fee is 75€ to be given to the person who will give you the keys.
The fireplaces are currently out of order and should not be lit under any circumstances.

L'accueil est très agréable. Le logement est très spacieux, au calme, la cuisine très bien équipée, une bonne literie. La région est superbe. De nombreuses activités sont possibles. Pour ceux qui aiment jouer : 2 billards, fléchettes, table de poker et échec !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Je recommande ++++

Très bon séjour
Rien à dire, très belle et grande maison, très confortable, tout s'est bien passé. Un seul petit point négatif, le barbecue est en pierre (donc fixe) et pas abrité, nous avons donc du acheter un petit barbecue pour l'occasion étant donnée la météo ce week-end là. Un grand parasol aurait peut-être pu faire l'affaire mais nous n'en avons pas trouvé. Merci encore!

Nous étions 13 en tout Tout était très bien, il y avait vraiment tout le nécessaire A mon goût un peu trop d effets personnels ce qui complique la tâche lorsqu'il faut faire le ménage de départ mais c est plutot personnel comme avis En tout cas nous étions ravis de notre sejour et nous n hesiterons pas a y revenir

Week end entre amis
Week end prolongé entre amis avec enfants en bas ages. Le séjour s'est très bien passé et la maison était parfaitement adaptée et équipée ! Petit bémol sur la localisation du trampoline, dans la grange, d'une part difficile de surveiller les enfants pendant qu'ils sont dedans et pas de secure pour de jeunes enfants car pas mal de matériels traîne , le mettre dehors serait plus adapté.

Super week end familial
Nous avons passé un superbe week-end à Madré. Cette maison familiale est très spacieuse et confortable. Les enfants ont trouvé tout ce qu'il fallait pour jouer en interieur comme en extérieur. Elle est tres bien équipée. Et l'accueil avec Annick a été super. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Bon accueil à l'arrivée. Nous avons passé un agréable week-end à Madré. La maison est bien équipée, comme à la maison. Toutes les pièces sont spacieuses, endroit calme et reposant, jeux (billard, fléchette, trampoline, jeux de société...) il manque rien.

La casa perfecta para vacaciones familiares. Hemos pasado 10 días dos familias con muchos hijos y la verdad es que fenomenal. La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas y un jardín estupendo. Solo añadiría alguna luz en el jardín. Cien por cien recomendable.

Nous avons apprécié la grande cuisine pour petits et grands, les vastes chambre à coucher ou les couples peuvent retrouver leur intimité et les enfants leur coin lecture et jeux, le salon pour la musique et l'ombre des arbres pour supporter la Canicule et le tramponline pour les plus sportifs. Séjour très agréable, belle propriété :)
Nous sommes un groupe d'amis ayant passé un long weekend très agréable à Madré. La maison est en bon état : literie confortable, cuisine bien équipée, lave linge et lave vaisselle, jeux (billard, pétanque, etc) ainsi que deux dortoirs pratiques pour des grands groupes également. Merci pour l'accueil et la facilité d'arrivée dans les lieux :-)
