Luxury Villa Kallithea was built on a plot of 950 m2 with a living space of 150 m2. This rental villa is divided into two floors mutually interconnected by stairs, ground floor and first floor.

On the spacious terrace on the property of this family villa, there is a private heated pool with hydromasage jets, surrounded by sun loungers, parasol and an outdoor dining table with chairs. The guests can also enjoy the panoramic view of the sea and islands from the private jacuzzi on the first floor terrace. In the garden there is also an outdoor grill with a sink.

The ground floor of this luxury villa consists o fan open plan apartment with a kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

On the first floor there is a spacious living room with comfortable angled sofa, LCD TV and a bookshelf. On this floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms.

The rooms of the Luxury Villa Kallithea Mali Losinj are fully air – conditioned and have underfloor heating. The villa also has free access to Wi – Fi and LCD TV. The guests also have 6 parking places on the property and one in the garage. In the garage there is also a gym with exercise machines.
