What i did not like was that the room was hot and AC was set to heating. Nothing to do with the hotel as by this time they switch to heating.all the rest was amazing

Perfect location in Palma city centre, right next to the restaurants. Small hotel, welcoming staff. Room was good sized, large bathroom, very clean, good storage. Good noise insulation, considering you're in the middle of the city nightife

This was a good centrally located boutique hotel. The staff were friendly and the rooms were a good size for a small hotel. Great if you want a central base to explore the city.

The BO hotel is a small and cosy Boutique hotel, extremely well located in the heart of Palma. It is 2-3mins walking distance from most of the most important city attractions. Service and amenities were excellent. The hotel has an Italian restaurant which is also extremely cosy with excellent staff service which made my stay feel Unique!

Jairo was our first impression of the hotel. Amazing guy. Made our stay awesome. Gave us great tips of where to go an and what to do while there. Great suggestions of restaurants and places to visit. Rooms were absolutely clean and up to date. The only negative was that we did not know nor were we told until we got to the hotel, that we couldn’t drive or park in old town without getting a ticket. Location was also in the middle of everything in Palma. Highly suggest the spot and hotel.

Great hotel great location . Staff were incredibly helpful , the reception/ concierge staff changed frequently but were always very informative . Thank you to Adrian for the suggestions when in Soller . Will look to return if we come back to Palma in September

Nice small hotel in a great location
We were offered cava or wine while they checked us in. Our room was smallish but our bathroom was very large. Unfortunately we were there only one night but we would stay there again.

Jairo, Manuel and Javier have been great. Welcoming and helpful with touring plans. The hotel is stylish and situated on a small side street whilst being right in the heart of the city. Fantastic!

Lovely relaxing stay
Beautiful hotel right in the middle of the old town of Palma steps away from many restaurants and bars and tourist attractions. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. Room and all facilities including the rooftop jacuzzi were amazing. Ideal hotel to sample the many things that Palma has to offer. Give it a go you will love it.

The hotel is modern and the staff was very helpful. In particular, "Jairo" was an exceptional front desk clerk-- he helped us with everything from planning out day trips to various villages throughout Mallorca to renting a car and making restaurant reservations. He went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and we truly benefitted from his knowledge of the island in terms of places/attractions to visit. Disliked · The hotel is centrally located within the Old Town which has a lot of visitors-- this is great during the day but it can get and stay very loud at night (often well past midnight). Even at three stories above, we could hear all the party-goers late into the night.

Not worth the price
Me and my partner stayed for two nights as a part of a longer trip, travelling around Mallorca. BO hotel has a great location in the old town of Palma, but unfortunately the room and the hotel itself was a major disappointment. We received a new room on the first floor which was extremely noisy, both from the street outside and (even more so) from the staff running in and out the service cabinet that was located just next to our room door. It was practically impossible to get any rest in a room that was over dimensional and sparsely furnished. The sun deck on the roof was available, but with no cooling shower or pool available, which makes it completely useless in summer. Front staff was friendly and helpful, although some of the information provided was completely wrong (which makes me wonder, we’re they guessing the answers?). For a room at this price, I’d expect a lot more than what we got.
