Costumer service could be better

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Most of the staff spoke great English. Bar tenders in lounge were fantastic. Clean rooms. 20 min Uber to central Rome.

Excellent service and stay!

Palazzo Velabro was absolutely everything we had hoped and more. Situated in a beautiful and quiet area it is modest on the outside and luxurious on the inside. The property itself was great, the rooms were spacious, the restaurant and bar were accessible and continuously well kept, and the cinema was a lovely touch with full control over air conditioning and volume. The only minor note is that though the hotel is accessible through the bar and has elevators available, addition of a small ramp to assist with the step up into the restaurant would greatly improve accessibility for wheelchair users. It was the perfect hotel for our honeymoon, and the service and staff were absolutely incredible too.

Very well trained staff. Very helpful. Bar staff extremely Polite on the rooftop as where all The concierge team. Clean rooms. On the rooftop you can see some sort of Fake plant wall on the top of the building wall that needs to be removed . Otherwise a great stay
