Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood.
We have stayed at this home numerous times. Tyler is extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful. The house is always clean and the new fireplace adds a cozy touch.

Quiet residential neighborhood, close into town.
Comfortable for family gathering, and in good condition. No dishwasher - not a problem, just something to be aware of in planning your stay. Have already booked next visit.

PERFECT
Comfortable inside and out, slept very well on comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Clean and updated had everything we needed. Lots of parking with big backyard. Quiet neighborhood yet convenient to everything. Excellent communication with property manager.

Awesome Property!
Great place to stay. Close to NMU and all of yhe amenities that Marquette has to offer. Some friends and I stayed there for a weekend filled with NMU hockey, a visit with my daughter and a relaxing time! I will definitely book here again!

Great stay - would go back
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would happily go back when we travel to the area again the kids loved having the upstairs to themselves. The kitchen was appropriate for making family dinners. The only complaint I would have is that I wasn’t able to book more days for our trip at this location… which is not a real complaint at all :-)

Convenient location
We had six adults with trucks, trailers, and motorcycles. Tyler was great in helping us set up the garage to store our motorcycles overnight. He also provided info on the area for places of interest and restaurants. The house was very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet - until we started our motorcycles. We didn't get all our day trips done, so we will probably be back!

Nice House
It was a perfect house for two families, parents downstairs and kids upstairs! Kids loved the hot tub every night to relax after our busy days in Marquette. Really close to downtown and several great trails/water falls!!

Great graduation weekend
This was our 2nd time staying at the Trowbridge Park house. It was just as nice this time as it was the first time. We love the location of this house. It is close to campus and has plenty of hiking too. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. The house has plenty of space, a nice kitchen for cooking in, and bedrooms for the whole family. We really enjoyed our long weekend of graduation festivities and though it may be a while before we stay in Marquette again, we would most certainly stay here.

Our family stayed with our dogs and baby and everything was wonderful. We cooked and held a mini-thanksgiving at the house and had a blast. Plus they left the hot tub on which was a fun addition for the snowy nights!

Home away from home
Tyler was an amazing host ! The house was spacious for all of the people we intended to bring with us. The house was clean and our dogs loved the large back yard. The house is in a lovely part of down. It’s perfectly centered between the college and the businesses in the area. 20 minutes in any direction are beautiful hiking trails. Will definitely be booking again with this location and host !!

New , fresh & clean from appliances to bedding! It was nice to relax in the hot after hiking sugarbush! The neighborhood is nice, quiet and also close to Northern, and downtown attractions such as Black Rock brewery. Loved it and will definitely stay there again!!

Great time in Marquette
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Marquette recently. We stayed at the residence twenty six days. The house is nicely located in the township. We were able to visit with friends and family while there. Tyler has remodeled the house nicely. We loved the heated bathroom floor and master bath. The furniture in the living room was adequate for a short stay but a recliner or a barrel chair would be a nice addition. The kitchen was well equipped. The mattresses on the beds downstairs are a little soft but adequate for short term stays. A firmer mattress would be a great addition to the stay. One other improvement would be to put in a open closet for hanging clothes in the master bedroom. Could be something simple like motels have. That definitely would enhance the property. We would stay there again. Nice job Tyler.

A perfect place to stay for our vacation. In a quiet neighborhood, within 10 minutes drive of downtown, the beach, and other stores and restaurants. The house is updated and very charming, with 4 bedrooms which fit our family perfectly! Tyler is a great communicator as well, which made the experience even better. We highly recommend this place, it is well worth it!

Great getaway
Lovely home in quiet neighborhood for great getaway for 3 seniors and a senior pup. Only problem was hot tub not warm enough to use first day there (contacted owner and he apologized stating previous guests had turned it off by mistake). However this was big reason we chose this property, so being unable to use tub one of our 3 days there led to taking one star off.

Perfect family gathering spot.
This is our fourth time at Tyler's home. Communication with him is easy and quick. Everything is excellent and comfortable. The location is perfect, going to the lake, hiking or shopping is easy. The neighborhood is very nice with lots of deer roaming the streets which is fun to watch. We will definitely be back for number five.

Winter Snowshoeing
Friends and I came for a weekend of snowshoeing and winter hiking. Really great place, plenty of space for 5 adults (4 total beds, 2 baths, plenty of kitchen and dining space). I also really liked that there was a "mudroom" vestibule entrance for storing outdoor gear to help keep the main house clean. 1-2 miles from downtown Marquette, and reasonably priced. Thanks Tyler!
