The hotel is located in the heart of the bustling Medina, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat. The staff even escorted us through the passageways on several occasions, ensuring we felt safe and comfortable navigating the area. Communication was seamless, with prompt responses through WhatsApp. Each room is uniquely designed, and while our bathroom was lovely, the toilet space was extremely small—something to consider for taller or larger guests. The only improvement we’d suggest would be upgrading the bedding to include higher-quality sheets and feather pillows, which would further elevate the experience. Overall, this is a fantastic property with an unbeatable location and top-notch service.
