“The moment we entered the 3 Bears Den we were thrilled at how clean, cozy, and peaceful it was. Communication with the host, Kelly, was professional. The location was close to everything we had planned for our trip to Pigeon Forge, but the condo was so relaxing, we actually opted to just stay in one evening and relax there.”

“What a wonderful place to stay! We had everything we needed to feel completely comfortable. The condo was spotless, well-kept, and the beds were incredibly cozy; we all slept great! The view from the 7th-floor balcony was breathtaking. I captured some amazing sunrise and sunset photos over the Smoky Mountains. “The condo is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, etc. You are right in the middle of it all and then one step out onto the balcony and you have quiet and beautiful surroundings, best of both worlds. This was our third stay at this condo, it is well appointed, clean and everything listed above. We hope to continue to return as we can.I would highly recommend as we always have a fantastic time!”

“It was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable (bring your own pillow these may not be for everyone) the area was quiet and safe. It was just the right amount of distance from the parkway’s noise but close enough to be there in a few minutes. We arrived a few hours early, we messaged the owners for permission to enter before 4pm they replied within minutes and said the unit was clean and ready for our arrival. We will definitely stay again ”

“This was our first time staying in this particular Condo, but we have stayed at this complex many times. This complex is in a perfect location. It is in a very quiet area but is close to everything. The condo was perfect. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and then some. The beds were so comfortable and we loved feeding the ducks from the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. ”
