We welcome all travelers into our home. House rules are set in place for the comfort and safety of both the guest and the host. By confirming this booking, guests agree to abide by the following:
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed. A fine of $350 will be applied if smoking occurs in the home.
3. No unregistered guests allowed. You are welcome to bring friends and family as long a list of names, and visiting dates are provided to the host.
4. Please respect the noise curfew beginning at 10 PM. No loud music or elevated voices allowed.
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Immediate removal from the home will be requested if any laws are broken.
6. Any lost keys, or parking permits will result in a fee of $250 per item.
