"The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. "The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything...

"We officially outgrew my sister's house for Christmas and needed a place for some of the adult grandchildren to stay and this was the right place! 4 beds, 3.5 baths meant everyone had the privacy we needed and it was close enough to Veteran's parkway to make visiting easy.All bedrooms are upstairs. Check-in was easy, host was communicative, water pressure was great! "
