"Toilet uncleaned -- small pieces of feces in bowl and its rim. Hallway littered with detritus -- vacuuming obviously a few weeks over due. Faint, unpleasant smell, as of dust in room and hall. Dust on surfaces. Front desk staff on the unfamiliar with procedures to address my concerns, but super friendly, accommodating, and apologetic. I was offered a feces-free rom? but all other concerns above remained, so I canceled my stay and decamped for a better hotel across the street (Holiday Inn Wxpress)"
