We are thankful for Jane's feedback as it helps us provide the best experience for our users. We had uploaded all applicable info as this is a self check in listing however we do not keep the door access code as we prefer to be contacted by the actual guest , as an additional security layer . We added a beautiful , modern glass top table as it was a requested by previous feedback. We had uploaded pictures of the new oversized Ikea Kivik sectional but will make sure it is on the listing. We offer a very affordable 3 bedrooms , 2 bath home with a large patio which lists most of the year from $199 per night while others in the area go for $350-$495 nightly . Our guests normally understand that as they see the marked difference in nightly fees from other houses in our neighborhood . There is a small tradeoff but our economy conscious guests do appreciate to have this option available to them.

Laura the bathroom cabinets do not have any water damage, and due to the material only shows delamination at the floor and right under the sink top. There is absolutely no water damage in the bathrooms ,kitchen or any other areas of the home. We provide affordable prices to our guests for a very centrally located 3bd, 2 bath home with a covered terrace and a large yard to enjoy a beautiful mature tree canopy at night prices that could be 40% less than comparable homes in the area. We have enjoyed tremendous support from the VRBO community as they have enjoyed and appreciated the home and the affordability it provides to them . We are dismayed that Laura has given us such low ratings based on cosmetic and a TV that might not have function for a lapse of time as we strive to provide the best experience for our guests.

Quillar visited us for three days , we would have been happier to have a full 5 stars feedback specially since there weren't any issues or complaints during his stay. We provided an outstanding fully removed property of 3 bed/2baths for less than $190 per night ( summer rates ) which rents for much more in the season . Feedback in ways to improve our guest's experience is always appreciated even more when we do not earn the fullest reward for our efforts as hosts .

We will be having lots of fresh , sweet and tasty mangoes starting in late April and May and there is still space available in Casa Mango so you have a great experience!

House is fully equipped for long term rent , with all necessary appliances , dishes , etc expected on a vacation rental property. GFCI type outlets might trip at times but they can be quickly re set as they are designed for it. Workers do need to come and maintain the property , cut grass , etc and unfortunately it needs to be done during daylight hours , we normally hope our guests are out when they arrived a couple of times per month. Bathrooms walls are tiles but we leave sufficient amount of towels to be hang and with our South Florida weather they dry in 30 minutes or less . Kitchen stools are as designed . We are always available to respond to any needs our guests have and have brought in items they have requested as we aim to please but not knowing will hinder that ability. Our feedback is that the property is beautiful , modern and liked by our previous guests. We continue to improve on that experience .
