Cleanliness was not up too par.It is a nice area with view but it was just not clean. Floor was dirty chairs had who knows what kind of stains, but beds were clean.

Completely unsatisfactory!
Many things not working, especially the hot tub, wi-fi, ice maker, TV remotes, I could go on and on. The worst point is that we could not reach property management for help. The "Contact Us" rolled to voice mail and then cut off. You're on your own! Beware that there is no parking anywhere around this building. We were given a parking space, but don't think this is the norm. The only pluses were the location, the view, and that we got a parking space. When we tried to review, the Roami site would not allow anything but 5 stars. Wow! No honest feedback desired.

Less than a week notice!!!!
I originally purchased a penthouse suite near downtown Miami. The company calls me with less than a week to go before I depart for my trip and tells me they have to downgrade my room! Based on the amount of guest I had with me they had to provide me with two rooms. They refunded me over $1200 so I knew this was going to be a horrible downgrade. I asked for any other rooms like the penthouse suite I originally purchased, they told me “unfortunately there isn’t any more luxury rooms available. It’s like telling a kid on Christmas that he’s getting the latest X-box all year, but then a week before Christmas you give him a 3 year old PlayStation! I’m not mad I’m just disappointed. Please do better. This was my first and will be my last time utilizing this method of vacationing. Oh yeah, and you want me to leave a review on the room you took away from me.

Lavish! Elegant! Grandiose! Elopement dream!
Incredible! Mr. Alonso provided immediate responsive open-communication and truly made it a smooth experience. We planned an elopement wedding in 30 days! My soon to be wife, our 10 year old son, mother in law, father in law and brother in law all came together at different times from different states to celebrate our union. Under one roof penthouse offered us each a private and special experience! The rooftop deck, the well designed and comfortable bedrooms, full sized bathrooms, sauna, hot tub and breathtaking views with gorgeous windows and full kitchen cookware offered us the perfection my soon to be wife dreamed. The downtown location was next to fine dining, shopping, beaches, museums was absolutely incredible as well! Thank you!

Beautiful and Comfortable
This is a beautiful and comfortable property that is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The private rooftop and gorgeous views were amazing. Good communication from host. About a 10 minute trip to the grocery store and several restaurants - I highly recommend Chica just a few blocks away. Miami Beach is about 20-30 minutes over the bridge.

Awesome Stay and the view is beautiful!
The stay at this penthouse was great for our girls' trip for a birthday! The beds were comfortable, location was perfect and not too far from the busy South Beach. The view was so beautiful to wake up to. It was too windy to enjoy the hot tub, but we have great pics on the rooftop! Emiliano was easy to reach for any question we had and he was very nice.

Unbelievable views from the Penthouse and rooftop!
First I want to thank Emiliano for his amazing customer service! It was our first time in Miami and it was definitely a time to remember. The Penthouse is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The space accommodated my family of eight with room to spare. Very clean and spacious. We will definitely be staying there again when we return to Miami. The location was perfect and the views are to die for! Thanks Sextants!

Amazing Experience!
It was my first time visiting Miami for our annual girls trip and I could not have asked for a better place! Emiliano was super responsive and accommodating! He made sure we loved our new place (we picked another property) and kept in constant communication with us to make sure we were satisfied. The place was absolutely gorgeous! The views were breathtaking! I would not only stay at this property again but would love to stay at any of the sextant properties. Thank you!

Miami Palace!
Our group of 6 stayed at Biscayne Penthouse for our annual summer getaway...the rooftop terrace was a favorite. It had great views and plenty of space for us to relax comfortably. Inside it had some really cool decor and super nice finishes. Will be back...thank you!

Second time staying here and it's as good as I remember!
This place looks exactly like the photos if not better. Cool, hip penthouse in Miami, close to E11even and some good restaurants . Great views and plenty of room for a group

Unique place to stay
Great hosts and communication. Unique layout, easy to find. Cool for the wow factor. Close to dining and activities. Great view sunrise and sunset, hot tub and sauna both work well. Could use a bit of TLC to spiffy it up, but we were completely satisfied with the experience. Would recommend.

Us as 4 childhood friends get one weekend a year to get together from 4 different areas of the country to play golf and eat and stay in style - this year was Miami. The penthouse was exactly perfect for us. Plenty of room to all stay together with class. All the amenities you need to feet like a pro. The place was immaculate and the service provided was top notch. Andreas and Dorian were great help in greeting us, providing a walk through and very accommodating. Thanks to everyone involved, it made our weekend special - 5 stars!

Great base of operations for corporate retreat
We booked this property for a few of our executive team for a multi-day strategy session and retreat. Overall, the unit was great and we used every amenity this unit had to offer. The sauna was roomy enough for 5 people, the dining table had seating for 10, and the rooftop Jacuzzi had great views of the Miami Beach skyline. If you come to this place, I really recommend taking Uber/Lyft everywhere because it is really convenient to Miami Beach, South Beach, and Downtown Miami. We had a rental car but rarely used it and most of our trips cost $4-8 each way for 4-5 people. If I had any negatives about the unit, the unit is well decorated but much of the furniture is more form than function so prolonged use can become quite uncomfortable. Also, there was only a single couch in the living room area so the unit lacks an indoor social conversation/lounge space for more than 3-4 people. The rental contract made me a little nervous as it seemed very, very strict regarding noise and guests, however, we did not have any issues at all. My guess is that the strict contract is to deter bachelor parties or the like. We would definitely stay again.

We have immense respect for our neighbors and building, and therefore have a zero tolerance policy for noise. We hope to see you back in Miami soon!

Wonderful Stay at a wonderful Location
The rental is an excellent location to spend some time with a group of friends. A small group of us came to Miami on business and this rental suited and exceeded our needs. The property manager Andreas met us and did a walk through (not sure if thats the case for everyone) and he welcome us in. In addition Andreas was always available for any questions we might have. The rooftop has stunning views and is a great place to kick back and unwind. Really recommend this location. Thanks again Andreas.

Spacious and clean
The flat met our needs perfectly. Four bedrooms with good proximity to the city, parking, outdoor space and a spectacular view. The manager was extremely helpful and his suggestions actually improved our visit.

From beginning to the end, host Andreas had the property very professionally prepared and organized. He was always availble and very polite. We were a party of seven. The condominium was well equipped, spacious and looked like on the pics posted. Central for activities. Nice view as well and as a penthouse with terrace, super privacy. Andreas and his property rank a AAA.
