I did not like the fact I had too put up $120 deposit, after paying for my room 3 months in advance They claim to have given me a room with a view, a view of a parking deck and a building.

Booked this hotel for a couple days before my husband and I went on our cruise. From the start the staff were very nice and ensured everything was to our liking. It wasn’t just a room it was a whole apartment!! With everything a person would need on a getaway. Dishwasher, washer/dryer/, stove, oven/microwave, and etc. it was absolutely beautiful. Close to 2 grocery stores, and a 24hr CVS. We will be back and this will be our first choice for our stay!!!

Great hotel, in a not so great area. Rooms and halls echo real bad. You can clearly hear everyone in the hall while in the room.

I think the room was really nice. I would've have given higher stars, but we had to use our own login information in order to watch TV. They had no restaurant inside the hotel. They were also doing construction.

Very new and clean suites. Ultra modern styling. However, the bathroom could use some shower curtains. Without shower curtains, you just bounce a lot of water on the floor when you take a shower.

The property was nice. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The only thing that would have made it great is having a TV in the sitting room. Who ever sleeps on the sofa bed will be without a TV.

First time in Miami for me and the hotel location allows to walk for 8 minutes to all the vest restaurants and bars in brickel. Very well located.

Do not stay here. There are much nicer hotels in the area. Walls and baseboards were disgusting. We stayed here the day before our cruise and the day after our cruise. On the day after, we checked in and left for a couple hours only to return to our room door open and our suitcases open and moved, our couch was pulled out into a bed, and someones tag to their new shoes on the floor. This totally unacceptable!! Talked to the attendant and he was no help at all, said we had to talk to mgmt who wasnt in until the next day. Called 3 times the next day with no answer. He also asked housekeeping if it was her in the room and she said it was not. We will never stay here again! Also, you will here the construction happening all day, hammering and such.

The front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful. The front desk phone was never answered every time I called for anything. There is NO restaurant or even a cafe in this Hotel. There is active construction all around the hotel and right next to I95 so very noisy. The only option for parking is valet parking at $20 per day.
